BLUE DOLPHIN

The place is nice, but they don't have an extensive menu and many of the dishes were missing, the rooms where I stayed don't have Wi-Fi and it said they did but only in the main lounge and restaurant area there is no Wi-Fi, and the restaurant was already closed at 7 pm so we had to go look for dinner elsewhere, at the bar I honestly ordered a margarita but it was the worst margarita I've ever had.

The front desk person was rude and unprofessional. At booking it said. Check in at 10am check out next day at 6pm, she said that was wrong because it’s only for 24hrs. They only gave us 1 towel for a 2 person stay. When I requested another one she gave me one dirty full of stains. The food is expensive and very small portions. The pool is also very small.

This place was very good,, staff and Facilities alike
Easily accessed to the beach.

Overall a decent place to stay. Property itself was decent. Pool was clean, area right by the beach was very nice. Plenty of places to sit and the bar was nice. Service was great. The rooms were not that nice. Water pressure was poor most of the time and no hot water. Room itself was ok but we expected more for the price we paid.

Hotel room bathrooms need cleaned. Toilet handle gets stuck so i had to take toilet tank lid off to flush the toilet. If you leave the property, they close the gates at nights. The outside showers and bathrooms are very run down and missing half the door with no where to hang your clothes/towel. The outdoor bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Restaurant servers were all very nice but the kitchen is super slooooow expect and hour wait.

La propiedad bien pero habitacion con polvo y no toallas

The food was late
They need more staff

Pero el lugar está bien
