Location and room was good
Pros:

The property was quite good but the only problem was that I booked double deluxe room and at the time of check in they said sorry all rooms are full we can provide you standard room

This is a hotel I can choose if I go to Bukhara again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location for the historical sites of Bukhara.
The staff is very friendly and caring. (I would especially like to thank the receptionist Mr. Sardor).
Breakfast had a variety to meet all kinds of preferences.

Cons:

The staff's English language skills sometimes caused inadequate communication. Especially during phone calls.

I recommend this hotel
Pros:

The room was nice. It was quiet at nights. very helpful staff, they let me stay till 15:00 afternoon as my train was at 16:00. Thank you for that. Excellent breakfast. Good location. About 5-7 min to walk to Ark of Bukhara. They have a nice outdoor swimming pool where I spent few hours. Highly recommend

Pros:

Nice hotel, good room, very good breakfast, nice garden with pool, we just 15 min walk from the city center

Cons:

the staff didn't give any tourist information and they didn't have a free city map. There were no towels at the pool, even though it is a four star hotel.

Management and staff contacted my to remove a previous review.
Pros:

I have been contacted by two employees from Dera on my private phone number and called several times, asked to remove my original review. Do I need to say anymore about the professionalism of this place? This goes way beyond any boundaries.

Cons:

The staff, the management, the pool was dirty, the room wasn’t great for the price. This place is no near 4 stars, and I am not just going to remove at review because first person contact me telling “management will fire me, I beg you to remove” and management later contact me, with a lot of excuses why thing were not working, later. I really regret my stay here and I wish I would have opted for any other hotel in Bukhara.

Perfect large room
Pros:

The room is large seems like apartment with big sofa and table. Furniture's are beautiful and high quality . staff were kind and very very servant especially Rushana and Chinnigul .
