Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m still very impressed. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the beach, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was quite clean, with a spacious and comfortable bed. At night, going up to the two rooftop pools to enjoy the city view overlooking the sea was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it feels very affordable for the value received. I am very satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

Нормальный отель. Красивый панорамный вид из комнаты и с крыши. Два бассейна с очень прохладной водой в феврале.

Cons:

Грязные окна, но это везде во Вьетнаме, независимо от локации и уровня отеля. Чистые окна - не вьетнамский конек. Очень напрягал клининг. С раннего утра шумят у двери. Могут и в 7-8 утра пожаловать с уборкой, если не повесить табличку "не беспокоить"

Good but can do better
Pros:

I've stayed many times Staff are friendly, good central location, good views from roof. Nice breakfast with western and Asian dishes.

Cons:

There is definitely some improvement needed. A few times when I wanted a drink or towel at the swimming pool there was no staff to be found. I waited 30 mins one day and gave up.
Also there is a big lack of sunbeds for the size of the hotel and the size of the roof terrace. They could easily have 10 beds there not 3. Only 2 were working whilst I was there,, one was faulty and had no mattress and for the full 4 nights of my stay,, a couple were jogging the sunbeds all day from morning till night and treating the roof as theor own private pool. I booked this hotel so I could have a coue of hours a day on the roof relaxing but the lack of sun loungers and staff not attentive enough ruined that.i really like this hotel and have stayed many times but just need these problems sorted

- dobra lokalizacja - blisko do morza i do centrum,
- fajny basen na dachu i dobry widok z dachu,
- duży pokój,
- na śniadaniu jedyny plus za pana robiącego na świeżo potrawy z jajkami pod różnymi postaciami, np. jajecznicę czy omlet, super sprawa,

Cons:

- na śniadaniu dużo elementów wyglądało na nieświeże,
- w pokoju śmierdziało stęchlizną,
- obiekt wymaga remontu, w wielu miejscach widać pleśń czy odchodzącą farbę,
- ciepła woda szybko znikała podczas kąpieli.

Cons:

Llegamos y nos dieron dos horas más tarde la habitación, y no tenía ventana. Bajamos a pedir un cambio porque habíamos pagado por otra cosa, nos cambiaron al día siguiente y no nos devolvieron nada de dinero sin ser las mismas condiciones. El buffet de desayuno siempre era lo mismo, y estaba lleno de niños de colegios que cogían todo con las manos y lo volvían a dejar, un asco. Deberían poner a los colegios a parte para cuidar al resto de huéspedes que vamos a disfrutar de las vacaciones
Cuando nos fuimos nos cobraron cosas que no habíamos consumido de la habitación, supuestamente del primer día (habiéndose equivocado ellos y dándonos otra sin ventana) podrían haber tenido el detalle de no cobrar nada, pero encima nos cobraron cosas que ni habíamos consumido. No merece la pena por el precio. Hay muchos mejores por la zona

Pros:

Megfelelő méretű szobák, kényelmes ágy, van sky bar és medence. Az elhelyezkedés miatt jó ez a szállás, pár perc alatt éttermek, bárok, és a tengerpart is elérhető. Van játékterem és edzőterem is. A reggeli elfogadható.

Cons:

Az étterem szinte egyáltalán nem kihasználható, mert délben már bezár, így igazából csak a reggelire használják a konyhát. A koktélokat nem sikerült megfelelően elkészíteni. A szobák hangszigetelése lehetne jobb, az összes szomszéd hangját hallottuk éjszaka. Az edzőteremben levő eszközök nagyon régiek, nehezen lehet használni őket.

Prima locatie, prima verblijf. Niet heel bijzonder
Pros:

De locatie was goed, dichtbij het strand en allerlei leuke winkeltjes in de buurt. De schoonmaak was goed en vriendelijk. Het personeel in het restaurant was erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad was vies en er hing een onaangename geur. Het personeel bij de receptie was niet erg meedenkend. Onze mojito cocktail was niet lekker, hebben we laten staan. Die miste een paar basic kern elementen.

Misleading to say the least
Pros:

Room was comfortable and bed was great.
Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Advertises as BEACHFRONT, yet its a 10 minute walk away? False and misleading...
Games room unusable, no ball for foozball table, only 1 cue for billiards, the rest were broken, so only 1 table could be used, and the second table was unusable. The felt table cover was mouldy.
I never even got to play a game which was disappointing.
Was not very happy about the lack of so-called facilities, plus deception in the advertising. Was supposed to get 10% off food and beverages as advertised, yet this was not given when asked.
