The smell when I opened my window.they must change their bed mattress.the shower bad the mirror dirty .the blanket has a bad smell

Not a good place to bring family . They need to really start thinking on how to retain customers.

The only thing that was great was the staff 👌. Anything else was poor .

Cons:

Parking issues and times dont meet my standards.
In my room there were coackroaches .
TV remote gave problems
Presentation of the tea coffee things were not inviting at all.
Shower 🚿 ans bathroom can be better if they renovate the place .
Sofa 🛋 had holes

Rooms need some renovation. Everything from the wardrobe to the shower need to be replaced.

Bad location, no safe parking because it closes early. Dirty sheets and uncomfortable bed, the room had no towels and bath soap etc. never booking there again
