Ok pour un court séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est très joli, le confort des chambres, le personnel et surtout le restaurant

Cons:

La proximité de la route, du bruit en permanence, les rideaux non opaques qui laisse passer le jour.

Disappointing
Pros:

Room was comfortable, pool was nice.

Cons:

We booked two nights but ended up leaving after one due to multiple issues.

First, the location is far more isolated than expected, which might suit some people, but wasn’t practical for us. The bigger problem was the food. It was poor value for money, and the fact that you’re effectively forced to eat on-site due to corkage fees for bringing your own food made the experience worse, not better.

What really disappointed us was how the situation was handled. When I tried to modify the booking, staff were not transparent. We were told they were “waiting on Booking.com,” but when I spoke directly with Booking.com, it was clear the property had simply said the manager was busy and would deal with it later. That mismatch happened multiple times.

They also refused to waive the cancellation fee, despite the fact we were the only guests there and vacating early clearly wasn’t impacting their revenue.

The booking ended up being changed but it was unnecessarily difficult to do. Overall, the experience felt inflexible and poorly handled. We chose to leave early, and were the only customers there, which probably says everything.

We had a relaxing time and overall great stay, besides the accident on our last day.

The property is very clean including rooms and grounds. The staff were great!
