Pros:

Было в целом чисто, просторно

Cons:

Грязные полотенца, которые пахли кем-то, сломанная дверь в ванную (2 раза застревали и не могли выйти), оооочень шумно сутками, абсолютно не поспали, шумели, и дети, и взрослые и было ощущение, что спишь в коридоре
Внизу на диване спал мужчина, который там работает, его храп до 2-3 этажа доходил до номеров аж
Больше бы не остановилась

Pros:

Hotel bastante cómodo a buen precio. Buena ubicación, a una distancia prudencial caminando del centro de Ereván, pero en una zona bastante tranquila con todo lo necesario alrededor.

Habitación cómoda y buenos servicios. Staff bastante amable. Estuve en dos etapas durante mi viaje por Armenia y ambas me gustaron

Fine for a few nights stay, a bit far from downtown
Pros:

I liked the price and the 24 hour desk. The room and the hotel was fine for a few nights stay. There was a fridge, a small table, water kettle. I had everything I needed. The staff was nice and even though no English was spoken, they were helpful and kind.

Cons:

The walls and windows are not soundproofed at all. I heard everything in the whole hotel. One night, a few hotel guests were outside smoking and talking loudly under my window at 1AM. Internet was really bad. Coming and going. The TV was a simple cable TV but no English-speaking channels provided. Only a few local channels. I would assume in a hotel, they would provide more options or at least a smart tv so it could be connected with the phone. The location is about 2-3 km walk from the center which becomes tiresome after a few days, or just add to the price using Yandex.go.

За эту цену - очень неплохо
Pros:

За такие деньги нельзя ожидать чего-то выдающегося. Мне нужны были кровать и душ - я из получил.
Персонал очень приветливый и вежливый.

Cons:

Единственный минус для меня - очень странный район, в котором расположен отель. Он вроде бы недалеко от центра, но это что-то вроде промзоны и до ближайших приличных магазинов/кафе нужно идти от получаса и больше. Правда это компенсируется дешевым ереванским такси.

Pros:

Чисто, очень доброжелательные сотрудники. Таксист высадил меня в неправильном месте, сотрудник отеля как узнал, выяснил где я и приехал за мной на машине. Где ещё можно увидеть такое человеческое качество?! Вот такие люди делают имя отеля. Спасибо вам!
