Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you! The garden was stunning and the sounding landscape was so peaceful.
Lots of variety for breakfast. We had a safari organised by the hotel which was great.
We recently got engaged, and the manager upgraded our room to help us celebrate.

Останавливались в Aikawa и остались в полном восторге! Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера до самого лучшего — это было невероятно приятно и сразу задало тон всему отдыху. Номер оказался просто великолепным: просторный, очень чистый, с красивым интерьером и всеми удобствами.
Отдельно хочется отметить сервис и обслуживание — они действительно выше всяких похвал. Персонал невероятно внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом.
Также нам организовали сафари, которое превзошло все ожидания — мы увидели всех животных национального парка, это был незабываемый опыт! Вдобавок нам помогли с индивидуальным трансфером до Катманду, что сделало поездку максимально комфортной и беззаботной.
Огромное спасибо всей команде отеля за такой тёплый приём! Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место всем.

Absolutely excellent accommodation in Sauraha
Pros:

Cleary and without doubt, Hotel Aikawa is the best accommodation option in Sauraha. Milan and the staff at Aikawa Hotel were simply outstanding. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They organised two excellent morning safaris for us and we had a great time. Our guide Raj was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us in the national park where we saw a large amount of wildlife, including 9 rhinos. Simply incredible. The food in the hotel was exceptional and the kitchen staff were very friendly and worked hard to meet our vegan dietary needs. Every meal was fresh and delicious. The hotel arranged for private transportation from Sauraha to the border at Sonauli. Our driver Bibek went above and beyond to take care of us and kept in communication with us to make sure we navigated the border crossing safely. The owner on this hotel should be immensely proud of the staff.

Ottimo soggiorno vicino al parco e alla stazione Bus se si arriva da Kathmandu . Camere belle e spaziose, personale molto collaborativo, pulizia, bella hall ,giardino e piscina. Il ristorante propone piatti per tutti i gusti a prezzi onesti. I tours proposti sono ottimi con guide con ottimo inglese e preparate. Colazione buona. La cittadina è una piacevole sorpresa.

Pros:

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at. All staff were very helpful and sweet. Menu options and prices are good
Hotel facilities were 4 star and price of hotel was very worth it. A very comfortable hotel away from the busy town so its very quiet. A good location, 15 mins walk away from the town centre. f I visit Chitwan I would love to stay here again.

Cons:

The bathroom should have a shower cubicle otherwise whole bathroom gets wet.
