Not recommended at all.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything. The hotel is so basic , but they charge so much. It is worth 20% value I paid . I was so disappointed, rooms are so basic like random hotel.

Cons:

I like nothing about the hotel except it was in Sauraha. Overpriced, no good breakfast, basic rooms with slow working Ac . VERY DISAPPOINTING. No value for what I paid. In nepal this hotel should have cost rs 2500 / night max looking at its facilities, but they charged more than 8000.

The front desk staff is what made the stay. I had a problem with the room I was given and the gentleman at the front desk showed me several other rooms until we found one that worked, which ended up being an upgrade compared to my reservation and he did not charge me extra as his only concern was to find a room that I was happy with. The upgraded room was spacious and clean and well equipped - there is a big difference between the regular rooms (even superior ones) and the suites. The food I had from the hotel was also very good.

Cons:

The hotel is fairly close yet a bit removed from the Chitwan national park entrance and main streets in town so you do have to walk 15-20 min if you want to eat anywhere other than the hotel.
The rooms that are not suites are not worth 4* but the suites are nice albeit a bit dated.
The cleaning products have a very strong abrasive smell so it's not ideal if you are sensitive - but the gentleman from the front desk acknowledged the issue and offered to have the room floors redone with just water to get rid of some of the smell and it helped.

酒店很OK，早饭OK，房间OK，员工也很nice。你能想到的活动酒店都为你想到了，可以选择自己喜欢的报名参加，价格和外面的也差不多。另外，午餐晚餐也可以在酒店点，味道不差，而且餐费可以挂房间账，退房一并结清即可。

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you! The garden was stunning and the sounding landscape was so peaceful.
Lots of variety for breakfast. We had a safari organised by the hotel which was great.
We recently got engaged, and the manager upgraded our room to help us celebrate.

Останавливались в Aikawa и остались в полном восторге! Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера до самого лучшего — это было невероятно приятно и сразу задало тон всему отдыху. Номер оказался просто великолепным: просторный, очень чистый, с красивым интерьером и всеми удобствами.
Отдельно хочется отметить сервис и обслуживание — они действительно выше всяких похвал. Персонал невероятно внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом.
Также нам организовали сафари, которое превзошло все ожидания — мы увидели всех животных национального парка, это был незабываемый опыт! Вдобавок нам помогли с индивидуальным трансфером до Катманду, что сделало поездку максимально комфортной и беззаботной.
Огромное спасибо всей команде отеля за такой тёплый приём! Обязательно вернёмся снова и с удовольствием рекомендуем это место всем.
