Very good stay would definitely return, felt very secure.

Really good, but would've been excellent if it weren't for the minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and vast, while the location of the hotel is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the fact of having own iron and board, microwave and toaster makes it even more great.

Cons:

Having to use WhatsApp for room service is a bit impersonal and invasive somewhat. Also takes away the professionality of your staff, they become too casual as WhatsApp is an app meant for casual chat among familiar people. Further to this point, all requests made via WhatsApp were not attended to and numerous times I had to go to reception to follow up on a request. Sticking to old, winning formulas even in changing times isn't always a bad thing. Please reconsider the WhatsApp.

Please remedy the warm water and get a move on with your renovayions.
Pros:

Location safety and view.

Cons:

Cold shower , room door a battle to close and secure leading to patio. No phone in our room but could phone reception but could not reach them when internet is down.

Lovely hotel but currently hugely impacted by a refurb project.

Nice location overlooking the sea.

Cons:

It was a shock to arrive and find that we were staying on a building site during a massive refurb of the hotel. A manager showed us to our very nice room which had recently been refurbed and we decided that we would stay. There were very few guests onsite. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was filthy with a layer of chalky scum and there were some soft furnishings submerged in the water. We had to ask them to clean it so that we could swim! The hotel will be lovely when the refurb project has been completed - we just wish that we had been made aware of the works in advance.
