Bien placé mais studio dans un immeuble
Pros:

La localisation au Centre de Montréal
L’équipement de la cuisine (même si des poêles usées sont à remplacer)

Cons:

La traduction sur le descriptif de room (pièce) par chambre (chambre). 1 chambre mentionné sur le descriptif booking, mais 1 pièce en réalité , donc pas de chambre séparée
Les consignes de remise des clés en fin de séjour dispersées sur plusieurs supports (mails, panneau dans le hall)
Ne pas avoir d’explicatif pour verrouiller la porte du logement depuis l’extérieur (la porte est restée ouverte lors de notre première sortie)
Pas de personnel sur place (même si réponse sur messagerie booking avec un peu de délai)

Tres bon séjour dans la ville de Quebec.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement près du chateau de frontenac, du St Laurent, vieille ville, restaurant, épicerie, office de tourisme... Belle deco du studio...

Cons:

Tres peu de rangements pour les vêtements, ils sont restés dans la valise. Aucun endroit pour suspendre nos impermeables, blousons d'hiver parfois mouillés par la neige abondante. Pas réellement de table pour manger à 2. Tres peu de plat, de casserole pour rechauffer ou cuire. Compte tenu du prix du studio, c'est incomprehensible. Nous sommes restes 8 jours.

Pros:

Idéalement placée dans le quartier chinois, pas loin du métro et de commerces.
Personnel réactif suite à un problème de batterie de la poignée de porte qui ne m a pas empêché de passé un super séjour

Price/quality is good. Would I go back, YES.
Pros:

Here is my review of my 8 night stay at the #305.
Place is well central in the Chinatown This is a unique area and very nice to discover You are also close to Place des Arts, Complexe Desjardins and many great restaurants. My all time favorite for the week was RU IZAKAYA a Japanese brasserie. Very close by. Fantastic.
Parking is available as per the site description. $33 for overnight stays and in/outs as you wish. This is very convenient.

Now the apartment 305. The place was clean.
Note for the cleaning person. Couch had many stains which I cleaned easily. Just saying. I didn’t feel confortable.
The host was kind enough to leave chocolates and some coffee pods next to the Nespresso machine which was nice.
Kitchen has all the basic things to cook “small“ meals. Really basic but perfect.

The room temperature was ok but I couldn’t figure out how to lower it at night. I contacted the host and she sent me the instructions manual for all the appliances in the room. I should have got his document should have got from the get go. Anyways as for the heating system, it was the wrong instructions as the model was completely different. So I gave up.

Anyway, I got around these little issues and enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The things that were not so good for me.
The mattress is very hard. I couldn’t sleep well for the first couple of nights. I finally got used to it. But in my book, a comfortable mattress makes your stay more enjoyable.

One thing that I was not happy with is the smart tv. Only Netflix was working. Could not mirror with my pad, I was enabled to go on google but it would not respond. I couldn’t stream at all. No cable. So not soooo smart.
The host told me someone (technician I suppose )would come but never came. This must be resolved.

Pour séjour où vous avez besoin d’une cuisine. Couple ou personne seule.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le prix. Je n’ai pas rencontré l’hôte mais elle était sympathique.

Cons:

C’est petit et ce n’est pas un hôtel. Les communications exclusivement en anglais.

Excellent location and great value for your money if you have a small family of 4, even though there is enough bedspace
Pros:

The location was excellent. I loved being in the heart of Chinatown. It was close to most of the places we wanted to explore, allowing us to leave the car and get around by foot. The unit was clean and had big windows, allowing in a lot of natural light.

Cons:

I have 4 kids, 3 of them teenagers / adults. We would have appreciated more space to hang our jackets and clothing. If there was another rod for hanging clothes in the large storage room for luggage, we wouldn’t need to hang it on the furniture.

Also a few hooks behind the washroom door or on another wall for hanging wet towels would have been helpful. The towel rack only had space for 2 towels, unless I bunch up my wet towel, but then they wouldn’t dry properly.

As a result of the shower not having a proper door, the floor mat became very wet as water ran outside the shower beyond the glass partition. Plus there was nowhere for me to hang the wet mat except for balancing it on top of the glass partition and the rod that was in the corner of the shower.

Nice room, clean, practical

Cons:

In the first night, an alarm went off at 3:00 am because the batteries in the door lock were empty and there is nobody in the house who can help and no phone number to reach anybody who can help. Hence the door kept repeating its need for new batteries in an endless loop which made it impossible to sleep. That was extremely annoying - especially after a night of international travel and with jet lag.
In addition, there is no possibility to leave luggage and no flexibility which is a annoying if your are traveling from an to oversees with larger suitcases and you arrival or departure doesn't exactly coincide with Rozenhaus's checkin or checkout times.
