Cons:

ホテルがホコリと髪の毛で汚れている
共用部分があり、シングルルームと書かれているが、廊下の音・隣の部屋の音が響いて寝れない（咳一つでも聞こえる）
他の人が行動すると起きてしまうレベルです。

가성비 최고, 재방문 의사 있음
Pros:

방이 굉장히 넓었고 한 층을 단독으로 썼습니다. 유일하게 테라스도 있었음. 냉동실 있는 냉장고, 온수 나오는 정수기, 샴푸 바디워시 클렌징폼 치약 일회용 칫솔까지 갖춰져있었습니다.
무엇보다 가격이 너무 싸고 신오카치마치 역과 가깝습니다.
청소 상태도 만족스러웠습니다

Cons:

수건을 인당 바디타월 1장 제공하며 교환이 안 됨.
엘리베이터 없음.
첫날 온수 안 나와 다음날 오전에 문의하였고 금방 고쳐줌.
이 모든 단점을 가격이 상쇄해줌.

1. 住宿地點離地鐵站近
2. 沒電梯且樓梯狹小，建議攜帶大型行李旅客斟酌

Cons:

1. 浴室很大，但地面鋪滿塑膠地墊，上面溝滿了毛髮，加上又無窗，造成整間浴室都是霉味
2. 退房時有遺落物品在房間，發訊詢問住宿方是否可寄回台灣，說只能寄日本境內。等找到大阪的朋友幫忙收貨，卻回覆沒有發現房間有遺失物。
3. WIFI訊號非常弱，根本連不上，反應後只說設備就是這樣，我們也沒辦法。

Pros:

It's close to Train station 3 mins beside there's grocery store nearby walk but the lady in the reception was nit so friendly at hard to talk with if you have concerns.No free coffee or tea plus they didn't clean the room well we saw a used tissue under the bed and the stairs was so small going up, If you have a big Suitcase it's hard to gonup coz there's no lift.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was huge and location was good there was a grocery nearby, convenience stores, a coin laundry and its between 2 stations. Its almost 1km walk to nearest station that goes directly to Haneda airport. Downside is that there is no elevator and you have to climb up a steep steps. Recommended for light travellers who want to explore and enjoy food in Tokyo. Not if you plan to do heavy shopping with big luggages.

For solo short travel only without luggages
Pros:

The staffs were approachable. The neighborhood is quiet. Location not that far from the train station.

Cons:

The owner didn’t inform us that there was no elevator in the building and our room is in the 4th floor. It was hard for us to carry all our heavy luggages and the stairs is too narrow.

Worth with the price
Pros:

Rooms have space but depend on type of the room’s reservation. Room, beds , shower and toilet are good and clean. There are 5 floor but no lift , its reasonable with the price. Near nice supermarket , convenience stores , train station.
Poor wifi on 3rd floor and above.

No lift is not convenience for stuffs

Bed is Ok as they are double bed as expected.

Cons:

We were put on a room with a shared toilet and shared shower. I told the staff thru booking.com messages. They said they removed already that private room with private toilet and private shower room. They said sorry and said they will improve next time. How can they say that they removed that room already without informing. I am very frustrated. I paid for a room with a private toilet and private shower BUT given me a different and inferior one and charged me the same. Very frustrating.

This hotel should be the last minute choice.
Pros:

The price.
Hot shower in the shared bathroom.

Cons:

No reception staff when arrived, waited for an hour.
No instruction how to contact the staff.
No hair dryer.
The door lock seems not secure.
WiFi is weak.
The room maybe too tiny for two persons, fortunately I am alone.
