⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An Outstanding Stay at Jayden Hotel!**

I had a wonderful experience at Jayden Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort and hospitality.

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special mention goes to **Fathima Omar at reception**, who was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Her warm and friendly approach made a great first impression.

The room was clean, comfortable and excellent in every respect. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition for their outstanding service. The cleaning was always punctual, thorough and consistently maintained to a high standard.

Breakfast was fantastic! There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. There were plenty of tables and seating available, so finding a place to sit was never an issue. Everything was well organised, making breakfast a really enjoyable experience.

Overall, Jayden Hotel exceeded my expectations. The excellent service, friendly staff, cleanliness and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable.

**Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the near future!**

Очень удобное расположение, хорошая еда, можно заказать еду в номер и не тратить время на походы в кафе цены примерно такие же. Мы брали на завтраках очень понравились завтраки. Персонал очень хороший периодически приходил менеджер спрашивал, сегодня нас устраивает. Был в Медине четыре раза я считаю это самый лучший отель.

Cons:

Leider war die Organisation im Restaurant nicht optimal. Es gab keine Tabletts, sodass es schwierig war, Teller, Tassen und mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig zu tragen. Dadurch musste man mehrmals hin und her laufen, was unnötig umständlich und wenig komfortabel war. Tabletts würden den Ablauf deutlich erleichtern und den Service für die Gäste verbessern.

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, was den Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war dadurch nur schwer möglich. (Zimmer 801)
