It appeared to be closed ..there was one guest other than us
We cancelled the booking as there was no staff and all communication was by electronic means. The surroundings were untidy and chairs stacked on tables . Rubbish

Pros:

La habitación era cómoda y tamaño perfecto. Muy moderno y bonito todo.

Cons:

No había personal en general. No pude acceder a recepción, me tuvo que atender y explicar el hombre del bar. Además, nos tocó una habitación al lado del bar, el cual se supone que cerraba a las 00.00h y no pude dormir del bullicio hasta las 1.00/1.30h, tenía al día siguiente un viaje de 11 horas en coche y tenía que madrugar, y no pude descansar en absoluto, me pareció una vergüenza que no se respetase el horario de sueño y el completo bullicio en general del establecimiento. Se escuchaba absolutamente todo, del bar, de la gente hablando alto en el pasillo, de los zapatazos de los de arriba, de los golpes de los de al lado… etc etc. Es cómodo y bonito pero no para descansar. No creo que vuelva.

No staff on site.
Pros:

It was a convenient stop between Salamanca and Montserrat. Very good shower.

Cons:

We arrived at 4pm and no one was at the office. We had to rely on text messages and a code to enter the building and our room. Walls are thin and we could hear people sneezing.

Modern en comfortabel hotel, maar in een weinig levendige omgeving.
Pros:

Mooi nieuw hotel met prima kamers en voorzieningen. In de avond kun je lekker eten bij het hotel zelf.

Cons:

Het hotel zelf is prima, maar zou beter tot zijn recht komen in een minder troosteloze omgeving (met zendmasten en elektriciteitspalen). In de directe omgeving is er eigenlijk weinig te zien of te doen.
