Aattentive staff. Good bed.
Nothing much
The location is really good; off the noisy road but close to shops, eateries and shalas. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They adapted breakfast to our needs and were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the view of the Ganga, bridge and town from the rooftop was really stunning. They allowed us an early check in and took care of our luggage on check out day.
The room was too small for two people for an entire week. The double bed pushed up again the wall on one side meant one of us had to scramble in and out of bed. The mattress was also a bit soft for us but that is just a matter of preference. Given the size of the room, it felt quite expensive for the space. The breakfast included though made up for that.
Comfortable bed and hot shower with good pressure. Staff very friendly. Lovely roof top terrace. Location is perfect you can walk anywhere its close to everything. Away from main road so less traffic. Offers great view of the Ganga. Perfect for solo travel when you want a private room at almost dorm price!!

Nice place in a good location just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and everything in Laxman Jhula, with spacious rooms and friendly staff.
The wifi was very fast, however it constantly dropped every minute or so and would be down for 30-60 seconds or so, then would come back. It did this constantly all the time. So hopefully they can get that fixed.

Everything dirty, dusty, beddings are horrible even for India, full of dirt and old bloody spots. AC doesn't work even after I asked at the reception to switch it on. Only one towel, no toilet paper. Very noisy place to stay, but yes, close to the main shops and cafe.
The reception guy doesn't speak English (or doesn't want to, in case of some issues). Just don't give a ... attention to the guests who paid 2000Rs for night.
The worst hotel experience ever while traveling 15 years, including whole India.
Feel myself like in pure hostel but with a huge space. That's it.

The room was great, and very comfortable. I felt at home and this was in large part due to the host Pardip being really friendly and very helpful. Asking me if I needing anything. I would totally recommend staying here. The location is good too, close to shops and cafes but still far enough from main road to be quiet

The hotel was at a beautiful location. The staff was very cooperative. Rooms were clean and it was an affordable and most convenient hotel I have ever visited in Rishikesh. Even the water that was provided was proper Bisleri. The market was also available. The food facilities in the hotel were awesome.
