Pros:

Nice location, swimming pool, very kind staff. Parking available. Excellent view of the mountains

Pros:

The location was really good.

Cons:

I have never been offered such a dirty room - the carpet was really dusty as well as the surfaces of the tables. The fridge was also very very dirty. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be really improved. We've talked to the Reception, and they have organized the room to be cleaned while we were going out. Probably the thing that annoyed me the most after all was the fact that the lady at the reception (day shift) proposed to us just to go in another hotel if we don't like this one, didn't excuse herself at any moment for the inconvenience and didn't do anything more for our stay. We had to pay the whole price. What is also surprising is the fact that they have at the reception desk the Booking rating of 9.5 from 2020, which they really do not deserve. Having managed to leave our 3 kids for the first time since 3 years to someone else to take care of them, this was supposed to be a great week-end and we really did not have time to look for another hotel on the spot. And this hotel did not managed the situation at all....
