The location was ok. The atmosphere too.
The staff tried to put me in the worst room possible and I still wonder why. Was moved to my room after l had refused the room he took me first. There was no hot water. And I found it strange for them to insist I pay just after arriving.

Friendly staff
Rooms were not very clean. The ceiling and bathroom were moldy. I was allocated a room next to the restaurant. It was noisy until midnight and couldn't sleep early.
The location is great for a traveler between DRC and Rwanda. It's at a walkable distance from/to the border.
The furniture and equipment are quite old.
the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. the room was clean and kept clean.
shower is a bit old, and had some maintenance issues. the internet was weak and erratic.

The hotel is expensive for nothing the bed was too old and flat for a mattress it was not confortable, the shower has no mirror the shower is old and broken but still works, the tv is too old

The view was amazing. As the kind staff to serve you at the room.
The room didn't meet the expectations, but the bed was clean and great. It was many small things like no storage, bathtube felt dirty, small broken electricity plugs. Tv which was everything else then smart and had no pre programmed channels. Warm water took time. Internet was slow (compared to competitors).
Great view and location, hot water for shower
The receptionist was very welcoming and so assisting .
Most of the workers couldn’t communicate cause of language barrier and the hot was messed us up. we literally had to wait every morning for the water to heat up.
