Pros:

Quirky....... lovely building ... good location if you like walking or driving

Cons:

Too quiet. Staff not always available. Food just above average. A unique location but acquired taste i suggest. Beer choices not great.

Room was very comfortable and staff were friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the local area.

The room overall seemed a little tired. The patio area outside the room could have been swept and cleaned.

On arrival the room was freezing , it took 3 hours to get some heat , sat in our coats reading
The roast dinner in the restaurant was a real challenge , meat was tough , potatoes hard , £8 + £1 additional charges for having a meal in the restaurant where you are staying ?

House keeping were a little keen to do their bit ahead of time but I suppose that’s not a bad thing.

Lovely position, nice rooms and garden

Cons:

Thought the choice of drinks was a little restricted also the evening menu needed more not enough use of local foods and portion size not great fish and chips was the size of a large fish finger.

Enjoyable, but bathroom needs improving and cost a bit high.
Pros:

Good food, nice accommodation, kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bedroom as expected as we have stayed here before,but the shower had no hand held attachment and was underpowered.No whoosh!
The price for b and b was expensive for a pub.

In general very pleasant stay and very lovely staff.
Pros:

I like the style of premises,the greenery and the outdoor restaurant.

Cons:

The things that I found not very confortable in the room were the low bed-mattress was slightly tilted and the lack of a portable shower in the bathroom.
