Strongly not recommended
Pros:

The swimming pool (when it was not dirty)

Cons:

* No water in the whole hotel during 24h (no shower. No toilets !!). At check out, when it was still not repaired, I asked "what can you offer me?". They said "write to Booking.com, we can't refund you". I had to go to the local Police to complain about the lack of water. They asked the owner to come to the Police station, which he did. Only then he agreed to refund one night.
* Staff is the worse I have seen in my life. They hang out around the bar as if they were customers. Nobody is cleaning.
* Insects in the bedroom
* Breakfast is depressing, few food and staff staring at you from the bar
* No service for drinks or food around the swimming pool, and if you ask for something staff complains
* Swimming pool dirty, 3 people from staff watching it and when asked why they are not cleaning they didn't answer anything.
* A/C works but is super noisy

Pros:

Good location before going into the desert. Nice staff. Good food. Beautiful sunset location.

Cons:

Check-out is around noon (which is understandable) but you must leave the premises no later than 2-3 pm to make space for new arriving guests (not even allowed to use swimming pool after 2-3).

Traumhafte, ruhige Lage an der Sahara m
Pros:

Das Gesamtpaket aus Lage von dem Hotel direkt an der Wüste, dem netten Personal, der Ruhe dort und der Hotelgestaltung ist einfach traumhaft und ersetzt so manch strapaziosen Aufenthalt in einem der vielen Wüstencamps. Die Anreise ist mit einem Standard-PKW möglich und erfordert kein Allround-Fahrzeug

Pros:

The aesthetic leans heavily into staged desert authenticity — if that's your thing, you'll love it.
The rooms are genuinely impressive though: huge, with high ceilings and — most importantly in the Sahara — air conditioning that actually works. With temperatures hitting 46°C outside, this wasn't a luxury, it was survival. A working AC unit here is worth more than any amount of decor.

Cons:

Breakfast was a letdown — sparse and forgettable.
Parking is free but entirely exposed to the sun. A couple of simple shelters for guest cars wouldn't go amiss — after a day in the dunes, returning to a car that's been baking at 50°C is not pleasant.

Recommend this over a ‘desert camp’
Pros:

This is a marvel. Pool is absolutely stunning and overlooking the sand dunes. Food was great for dinner. Rooms are spacious and bathroom is the excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast is average. Bed is really quite hard.

Légèrement salubre, mais vraiment légèrement franchement rien à dire quand même c’est histoire de mettre quelque chose il ne faut pas oublier qu’on est dans le désert au pied de Dune, on peut pas s’attendre à être dans 6 étoiles

Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön. Die Mitarbeitenden (v.a. im Service) waren nett.

Cons:

Der Rest des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Im Ersatz-Zimmer (im Erdgeschoss) hat diese jedoch auch nur teilweise gekühlt. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und voller Kakerlaken. Essen (v.a. Frühstück) war durchschnittlich.

Pros:

Die Lage des Kanz Erremal ist gigantisch. Ein Pool direkt an den Dünen der Erg Chebbi ist nur schwer zu schlagen.

Cons:

Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt während des Opferfests gebucht. Daher war wenig Personal im Haus, was dazu führte, dass es nur ein Essen gab und der Pool am Morgen noch gereinigt wurde, obwohl wir ihn gerne genutzt hätten. Wir haben Verständnis für hohe Feiertage, aber wenn der Service dann reduziert wird, sollte sich dies auch am Preis bemerkbar machen. Den haben wir schließlich voll bezahlt.

Все прекрасно. Любовались пустыней все время пребывания в гостинице.
Pros:

Месторасположение идеальное. Сразу начинается пустыня, если не лениться и проснуться утром до завтрака, то можно отлично нагуляться по барханам до дневной жары.

Cons:

Да в целом все понравилось. Критичных замечаний нет. Выезд возможно можно было бы продавить с 10 до 11. А так вид из окна номера был на пустыню, бассейн достаточно просторный, есть лежаки. Ужин в гостинице не сильно замысловатый, но достаточно вкусный и питательный. Можно дополнительно заказать алкоголь.
