Spacious room, , friendly staff, poor bathroom drainage, great BTS location, hard bed.
Pros:

On the positive side, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious.

Cons:

The only major downside for me was the bed, which was far too hard and uncomfortable.
The bathroom design is problematic — there is no proper floor drain, and instead water flows into the toilet area and drains through the toilet outlet. This causes the bathroom to flood and the toilet to get wet during showers, which becomes even worse when washing hair.
For travelers using the BTS, the location is excellent. But since we relied on taxis, it was challenging — the narrow and crowded roads meant many drivers declined to pick us up.

Our overall stay was way beyond our expectations.
Pros:

The location was what I really aimed for. It was so accessible to food and shopping. Transportation was just around the corner. The room we got was good for 4 pax and the room was really big and so is the bathroom

Cons:

The bath towels need to be changed. Most of it had signs of being worn and torn. it is clean but I believe the hotel needs new ones

Great location but I don't think I will be back.
Pros:

Very good location, right at Pratunam. Close to many food joints, massage place, and shopping centers

Cons:

Not clean. There was a big cockroach in our room. We had trouble flushing the toilet, I thought it was going to overflow. To be fair, that only happened once. The bathroom didn't have any exhaust. The room is still dirty even after clean-up. I understand that this is a budget hotel but the customers paid for a pleasant stay and that includes a clean room.

Sleepstation at Pratunam was a great choice for our stay in Bangkok. What I loved most was the location—it’s right in the Pratunam area, which made everything super convenient. Popular spots like the 100 Baht shops, Platinum Mall, and plenty of restaurants were all within walking distance. There were also money exchange booths and Thai massage shops everywhere, which made daily errands and relaxing so easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help when needed. Our room was spacious and very clean, which made our stay comfortable after long days out. The bathroom was also well-maintained, with both hot and cold shower available. I also appreciated that they provided bottled water and were happy to restock it whenever we asked. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in Pratunam.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
