We had wonderful time
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Next to the Main Street in Istanbul and the main Square Taksim. The apartment is in quiet place. There is a parking garage.

More than expected!
Pros:

Wonderful location very close to Taksim square and Istiklal street with parking included in the price. Despite the area's older far from ideal reputation, the condo feels totally safe with 24/7 security guards. There's a lot of construction around and when it all finishes, the area will for sure upscale in total. The apartment is very well equipped and clean with as regular cleaning service as you choose. The owners were very polite helpful and always available. In total a great experience and we'll most certainly return!

The fact that we didn't have more time!

Great location but disappointing management
Pros:

The location was great, in the heart of Taksim. The furnishing at the apartment was modern and nice. The bed was comfortable

Cons:

We booked the apartment one night before and received a welcome message from the property. When we arrived at the property the next day with the whole family and the luggage, they informed us that there was a system glitch due to which the 2 bedroom apartment was seen available in the system at a much lower price whereas in reality it was not available or available at a higher price. They cancelled our booking. When I protested they offered to refund the full amount and make available a one bedroom apartment. We didn't want it but had no choice. The staff didn't have the decency to apologize for their mistake, neither informed us before we took a 2 hour ride to come to the property from across town. If they did, we would have found another 2 bedroom apartment elsewhere.

Easter holidays in Istanbul
Pros:

New building , parking. Hilton hotel in front. Stuff from the reception is very helpful with all our questions or demands. Taksim square and the busy street with shops and restaurants just 500 m away.

Cons:

Still some construction works continue in the area of the complex. When finish will be really perfect place !!!

Decent stay for the price, but I would probably choose another hotel or apartment if I return to Istanbul.
Pros:

The washer and dryer were a big plus as we were on a long vacation. The apartment was also spacious.

Cons:

Location was not great as it was not easy to find. The cab was unable to drop us at the apartment block as it was on a side road that is not accessible by vehicles. Attention to details can be improved (e.g., kettle was initially unavailable, TV does not work, kitchen crockery was limited, and lint in the dryer was not cleaned).

Pros:

Très bien situé, l appartement était propre et surtout un peu en retrait de l avenue donc calme. Un vigile est présent nuit et jour à l entrée du bâtiment.

Très bon accueil.
Petit plus : possibilité de laisser les bagages à l’agence après le check-out.

First of all, I didn’t like the location. The building is situated not far from a dangerous area, which is within walking distance from the apartment hotel.

Secondly, the apartments do not match the description. I booked a 70 sq.m. apartment, but in reality, we were placed in a 40 sq.m. one. It was also stated that our apartment would have both a sea view and a city view, and that there would be a balcony. However, in reality, there was no balcony and no view of either the city or the sea. I chose and paid for the most expensive apartment among all the options, but what we received did not match the description on Booking at all.

There were no kitchen utensils, no toothbrushes, and no toothpaste.

Moreover, if you want to cancel your reservation, they will not cancel it under any circumstances.

If you have paid, consider that you will not get your money back.

Overall, they are scammers. I believe that all the positive reviews were not left by real people.

Pros:

It was clean and nicely furnished. Ömer at the reception was kind and helpful. The location is good as well

Cons:

We stayed at the first floor and the noises from the street were a little disturbing, and we found it difficult to sleep. Other than that all was good.
