Pros:

The place was really clean and neat, comfortable and in a good location. If you walk 5min on the left you will find a bakery and supermarket where you can buy things for breakfast or coffee.

Cons:

The fact that was super clean and quiet. The small gesture of giving us a coffee machine and coffee capsules was very nice from the owner side.

Recomand cu toată încrederea acest apartament!!!
Totul a fost impecabil: curățenie desăvârșită, un design premium și o atmosferă foarte liniștită, perfectă pentru relaxare. Locația oferă un acces extrem de facil către punctele de interes, iar faptul că am avut loc de parcare privat a fost extrem de util. Felicitări gazdei pentru atenția la detalii!
Comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelentă!

Cladire moderna, confort
Pros:

Curatenie, acces foarte usor cu ajutorul instructiunilor trimise de proprietar. Parcare in curtea imobilului, lucru care m-a si facut sa aleg aceasta cazare, pt ca majoritatea celor din Sibiu au parcarile pe strada. Camere de luat vederi peste tot si in curte si in cladire. Este aproape de mall Promenada, cam la 20 de minute de mers pe jos. Chiar daca a fost doar o camera, spatiul a fost suficient, cu baie proprie care era destul de mare. Aparat de cafea in camera si capsule de cafea, zahar, căni, pahare. Minibar cu apa plata, minerala, cola (noi nu am avut nevoie pt ca am avut luate de la magazin, insa pt cine nu apuca sa isi ia, este util- contracost bineinteles, dar preturi fffoarte decente). In dulap era chiar si fier de calcat. Raport calitate pret excelent si chiar a fost liniste pe timpul noptii (am avut ghinionul in multe cazari pe unde am fost, sa nimerim locatari galagiosi), cladirea pare noua, si cu foarte mult bun gust construita interior-exterior.

Cons:

Nu cred ca a fost ceva ce sa nu ne fi placut, poate doar faptul ca fiind la mansarda era destul de cald si pe timpul noptii, si nu am fi putut dormi cu aerul conditionat pornit. Daca nu va deranjeaza micile zgomote de afara puteti tine geamul deschis. Noi l-am tinut cateva ore pana sa ne punem la somn si a fost mai ok. Culmea e ca nu am vazut țânțari, dar asta se datoreaza si orasului probabil.
