Nothing. Absolutely Nothing
I arrived at the hotel exactly the time we were supposed to. Checking the rooms were not to our expectation. We were given 1 bottles each at the reception to take us throughout the night.
If you have been to Dar Es Salaam, you know how hot it can get. The AC in the room is at fixed temperature with no possibilities to adjust
We had to cancel the 2 rooms onsite but still paid $60.

I was recommended this hotel by my airport taxi driver - and I am glad that I heeded his advice. I saw some bad reviews for this hotel, so I was hesistant, but I was delighted.
The room was good - clean and comfortable; a little small but that's not a problem.
The breakfast was the best in Tanzania - many options to choose and you can take as much as you'd like.
The restaurant was on a 1st floor, so you can watch the traffic go by as you have your meal.
My room was on the 4th floor; it was very peaceful being high above the traffic.
I was able to walk up to the very top of the building, where you can get a good panoramic view of the city (11th floor I think)
Hotel manager helped me carry my bag to the room.
The loation is good, as it's near to everything, such as banks, shops, tourist attractions.
During check-in, I had to sit and wait in the lobby for a long time, for no specified reason.
I wish that the plug socket that is adjacent to the bed, was not directly up against the mattress, as it was hard to access it.
