Pros:

The location is a little bit off the town but it was pleasant to sleep, no outside car noise. The room was clean has everything you need. The host was very kind and asked for everything you need.

Cons:

I dont know what are the prices in Milano but in my country you can get a 5star hotel for under 100€ per day for one person. This is not refering this specific hotel. But Milano in general. Everything was perfect thank you.

Definitely not 3 star as advertised.
Cons:

It felt like an extended stay property for labourers. Definitely not 3 star as advertised. 103 EUR for a night with no parking on property is much too much. The room also smelled a little musty.

I booked a room for myself and received one with three pencil thin twin/kids beds.

the hospitality made stay excellent!
Pros:

the hospitality by Andrea was out of this world which made well up the not so clean elements. we went to the Monza FI races and the location was good!

Pros:

.This hotel had a friendly atmosphere and great character. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The breakfast was much more extensive than I was expecting with lots of variety. They put on an early breakfast on the Sunday morning for those of us going to the Monza grand prix. Also provided a packed lunch.

Cons:

Because it was the grand prix weekend it was very expensive for what it was.
