Good Staff and Clean Room

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

We loved the stay at Hotel Deepam. It was centrally located with important places around. The staff were friendly and took good care of all the guests. Their food at Shri Sangeetha was exceptional.

Cons:

The parking was at the basement and the gate was very narrow. So when there is heavy traffic on the road, it was becoming very difficult to drive the car down to the basement.

Not value for the money i paid for
Pros:

Nice location.

Cons:

Place was ideal location for us. But hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark. And i have face uses regarding car parking , when we came in the night there was no car parking to park in the basement. Staff said only limited car parks, i have to leave my car in the street. I thought of cancelling the hotel. Since along with family i cant able to take any rash decisions. Its quite heavy traffic area, Car parking was very narrow its very difficult to park and take the vehicle out.
