Close to Taksim Platz, close to Galata Tower, a lot of good restaurant and supermarkts in the Area.
Also close to a Bridge so a bit loud, but I slept well.
great location
challenging door lock
Goog locaction, kind personnel, clean room.
No elevator, so if your room is at the high floor, prepare for stairs.
The owner and staff at the accommodation are very friendly and cheerful. Convenient location with easy access to Taksim for shopping and dining (5-10 minutes walk)
Very nice host who welcomed us very warmly and always offered us tea and coffee. The room was good, comfortable bed and good shower. Location is also very good, close to Taksim square, the shopping street and many nice restaurants .
We could not immediately find the hotel when we arrived, as the building is not very clearly a hotel. The reception is in the hotel next to it (Fide hotel) which belongs to the same owner. Furthermore, the curtains did not really block the light, it would be nice to have a second curtain for that.
I've stayed for a week at this hotel: I've been in a ongoing problem with them because they had bed bugs. They've been chasing me on whatsapp to remove my previous comment for a symbolic refund that I have never received two months after. & after removing my review they do not want to compensate me.
I am very upset because after being bitten by BED BUGS that caused me an allergy during my hols they do not want to acknowledge their part. OKAY it's fine but this is a message to everyone: Avoid this hotel.
Also, I can't tell where the bugs are as I been moved onto 3 different rooms throughout the hotel
Very dishonest management.
Good location. Great balcony. Staff was super friendly. Large rooms
No lift, 30 kg baggage carrying to the 4th floor was no joke
I did not order any breakfast. The room & bathroom was clean enough. I also liked the design of the room (furnitures, wall color, bathroom floor tiles, room with balcony, etc).
I recommend this accommodation to everyone, for those travelers who are not looking for luxury in a relatively central area of the city. Affordable price, the quality of the rooms is even better in real life than on the photos.
15 min walk from the nearest metro station, (T2- Taksim), but it was no problem for me to have a walk.
The staff was very kind and the room was clean. Although our room was on the street, the soundproof windows allowed us to sleep peacefully. We had a small issue with breakfast, which was not included in our reservation, but the staff was kind enough to offer us breakfast for free for the entire duration of our stay. A truly appreciated gesture! They were also very kind in allowing us to leave our luggage until the afternoon and were always available for any of our needs.
Staff:
The staff is kind and helpful, and they speak English. They responded politely when we asked for help.
It was very good for the price, it was more than I wanted. The rooms are good, the breakfast is good, there is no elevator, the reception was very interested in us
The accommodation was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It also has a great location. We needed to leave our suitcases a few hours after check out and they kept them for us, If we returned to Istanbul we would stay here again without a doubt!
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location was ideal — close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s rest. At check-in, the staff gave us a helpful overview of the city with local recommendations, which made a big difference in how we planned our stay.
Our room was very spacious and absolutely clean. It was refreshing to have that much room to move around, especially after a long day of travel. The attention to cleanliness was noticeable and much appreciated.
We opted to pay extra for breakfast and had it served directly to our room — such a treat! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Starting the day with a quiet, high-quality breakfast in our room really elevated the whole experience.
It is so close to Taksim Square and stuff are so kind and helpful also, free Turkish teas and coffee all day!!!
I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The location couldn’t be better — tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk from the city center and all the main sights. It was peaceful, yet central.
The staff were wonderful — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They gave great local tips and always made us feel at home.
Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a lot of thoughtful touches. You can really feel the care and pride they put into every detail. It felt personal and welcoming.
I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
The staff at this hotel were outstanding — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made our stay feel really special. The entire place was spotless; you can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which we truly appreciated.
One small downside was that getting to the upper floors was a bit of a workout — especially with luggage, since there’s no elevator. But honestly, once we reached our room on the top floor, it was totally worth it.
The night view from our window was absolutely beautiful. We could see the city lights and the quiet rooftops — it was peaceful and memorable.
Great location and great staff.
There was nothing particularly good worth mentioning. First, I couldn’t even find the hotel easily as there was no visible sign or nameplate. Second, I was asked to pay at the hotel, although I usually pay through Booking.com, which was unexpected. I was extremely tired and needed rest, but unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep due to ongoing construction work. The hotel is clearly still under renovation and, in my opinion, not ready to welcome guests yet. I only booked for one night but couldn’t even stay the full night. I sincerely hope the place improves in the future.
