Bon rapport qualité et prix à proximité de Santa Ana.
Pros:

Belle grande piscine. Déjeuner avec une autre option que le déjeuner traditionnel pour notre enfant. Stationnement facile. Bon rapport qualité et prix.

Cons:

Chambre plus petite que l'on pensait, surtout la salle de bain. Difficile de repérer l'hôtel le soir, car le panneau est mal éclairé pour le nom de l'hôtel.

There were two parties taking place during our stay and we couldn’t fall asleep due to the loud noise. The shower was in bad condition

Bon hotel pour visiter Santa Ana, le lac et le volcan
Pros:

Hotel bien placé pour visiter la ville de Santa Ana, le volcan Llamatepec et le lac Coatepeque. Stationnement dans la cour. La piscine est bien appréciée avec la chaleur. Il y a un bar et restaurant. Accès au centre ville en 10 minutes en voiture le stationnement est facile dans les rues proches du centre de Santa Ana. Les extérieurs de l'hotel mériteraient un peu plus de propreté, attention il y a des chambres sans aucune fenetre, clostrophobes s'abstenir ;). Hotel très souple sur les changements de réservations, nous avons pu supprimer une nuit sans probléme avec 48h de prévenance.

Cons:

Première chambre sans fenetre, le style pizzeria est un peu surprenant au Salvador mais l'hotel s'appelle Napoli il fallait s'y attendre !

El personal, muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Esta muy descuidado, reserve una suite familiar de 3 camas grandes, y sólo tenía 2 grandes y le agregaron una individual, además tenía evento de un matrimonio y fue muy ruidoso, deberían de informarlo antes de pagar y tener así la opción de cambiar de lugar, yo viajaba con 2 adultos mayores y un niño, además de que lo que deseábamos era descansar.
Reserve para 4 adultos y 1 Niño y cuando llegue querían cobrarme un extra del menor de edad, porque dicen que no aparecía en la reservación, y no le incluyeron el desayuno. El hotel le falta mantenimiento a la (construcción)
