Fantastic accommodation
Pros:

Stunning house, beautifully maintained, beautiful gardens, nice big swimming pool (clean), comfy beds. Very convenient location.

This is NOT a Garden Court Hotel- using Holiday Inns name inappropriately

Cons:

Not clean
Stayed in a room that still had owners cosmetics, shampoo etc- onbiously just cleaned their own room in a hurry

We really enjoyed our stay, comfy bed and pillows. It's very clean and neat.
Pros:

The location was at the entrance of the university; it was walking distance to an OK food market and restaurants and just a short drive from where we needed to be. The property was easy to get into after we've been out all day. The bed was comfy, and we had a nice little covered stoep area where we had coffee in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The door that leads to the next room can be covered cause as soon as they put a light on it shines through. Other then that it was great.

The tea was extremely happy with the accommodation, breakfasts and location.

Nice but requires some CPR
Pros:

The charm of the staircase gives a great first impression when you enter. All goes downhill from there onwards

Cons:

The location is down played in the reviews
It is loud and sleeping was close to impossible. Street noise is a great factor to take into account.
In general, the room was very dated, the bedding, pillows etc., and needed a good paint and upgrade.
The garden was not as picturesque as Bookings pictures, very neglected.
