Pros:

Delightful room at ground level with direct acess to small swimming pool and private sunbathing garden. This despite it all being across the road from the beach. If wishing to stay in a private, cosy, relatively modern boutique hotel in Noto Marina, this is for you. There are several good beachside restaurants and Lidos.

Cons:

It is a recurring theme in Italian/Sicilian villages/towns that parking is difficult or an issue if it is on the premises. Here there is room for 4 maybe 5 cars but you need to be a contented driver to negotiate narrow and small access areas and then reverse out of them - you cannot turn round. The listing should be more explicit about this facility and the availability of of alternate parking on the road outside.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia. Camera comoda con tutto quello che può servire per un breve soggiorno. Ottima la colazione.
Ho gradito moltissimo la frescura del curatissimo giardino e la cortesia dello staff

Sehr nettes Personal, ruhig und familiär. Schöner Garten und nah am Strand. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei längeren Aufenthalt wenig Staumöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Kann man aber drüber hinweg sehen da alles andere toll war.

Schöne Zeit
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. In wenig Schritten ist man am Strand. Der gut gepflegte Garten mit Pool ist einladend.

Excellent classy accomodation directly at Noto Marina beach
Pros:

What to say - it was an amazing oase right with direct access to the beach through the garden (you just had to cross the road). Room was rather small but tidy, fresh, with a liitle fridge and good sized bathroom with nicely smelling towels and quality shower gels etc. Gargen was just excellent and we enjoyed the shade of the trees and palms and good swimming pool during the hot middays rather then being on the beach. Breakfast was also of good quality, so we are thinking of coming back again together with oour kids next time.

Cons:

not that sure - maybe we could stay in bigger room

Schöne Gartenanlage mit Bäumen und kleinem Pool. Ideal für Badeurlaub sowie Besuch von Noto oder Ragusa.

Cons:

Rezeption nur von 9-17 Uhr besetzt. Keine Infos seitens Personal betr. Badetücher und zusätzlichen Sonnenliegen. Die Infos erhielten wir von Gästen. Das einzige Hotel oder B&B auf unserer Rundreise, das 3 Euro für Badetücher und 1 Euro für kleine Wasserflaschen verlangte. Es roch im Bad und bei der Dusche im Garten nach Abwasser. Das Frühstück besteht mehrheitlich aus Süssigkeiten.

Pros:

In questo Hotel ci ritornerei! E' stata una piacevole scoperta. Esteticamente una bella struttura, non troppo grande e molto curata. Luogo ideale per chi vuole "staccare la spina" e rilassarsi. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
