De kamer die we kregen klopte niet met de beschrijving, terwijl we extra hadden betaald voor een betere kamer. Gelukkig is dit goed opgelost door de werknemers.

We would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price we paid.
The biggest disappointment was the overall level of service. Throughout our stay, we felt that the hotel did not provide the standard or hospitality you would expect at this price point.
Breakfast was particularly frustrating. We stayed for three nights, and every single morning involved long waiting times. On the first two mornings, we ordered toast and fruit, but despite waiting around 40 minutes each morning, our order was still incomplete. Something was forgotten every time, meaning we had to wait even longer before receiving the rest of our breakfast.
On our last morning, we only ordered toast because we had a flight to catch. After waiting more than another 25 minutes for the toast, we had no choice but to leave without eating.
The breakfast itself was also very poor. There was no butter for the toast, drinks were served in cheap disposable plastic cups, the fruit had clearly been cut with the same knife used for garlic, so it both smelled and tasted of garlic, making it inedible, and the yogurt smelled sour.
Communication was another major issue. None of the staff spoke English, and there was no information available in English about the hotel or its services, making even simple questions difficult.
We also felt that local Chinese guests were given priority during breakfast. Guests who arrived after us were allowed to order before us, despite us already having been waiting, which made us feel unfairly treated.
Finally, the photos of the hotel are misleading. The main photo appears to have been taken from the inner courtyard rather than from the actual street entrance, giving a much better impression than what you actually see when you arrive.
Overall, this hotel was far below the standard we expected and certainly not worth the price. We left feeling disappointed by both the service and the overall experience, and we would not stay here again.

Wenn man Lust auf echten Espresso hat kann man nach dem Frühstück in der Umgebung auch sehr gute kleine Kaffees finden (zum Beispiel “Black Sheep Cafe”).

Breakfast setup was strange, I could see the vision they had for the place but it was cheaply executed.

Mein Zmmer roch nicht gut und es hatte zwar ein Fenster, jedoch ohne jegliche Aussicht, zu einer Wand. In der Nacht wurde ich im Bett, unrter der Decke liegend, von irgendwelchen Tierchen am ganzen Körper gestochen. Davon hatte ich für mehrere Tage einen Juckreiz. Ich durfte dann das Zimmer wechseln.
Die Zimmer haben leider kein Safe.
Ich durfte am Abend ein Frühstücksformular für den nächsten Morgen ausfüllen. Am nächsten Morgen musste ich das noch einmal machen, denn niemand wusste von meiner Auswahl am Abend davor. Sie konnten mein Blatt nicht finden. Der Kaffee war ungenießssbar. Zunächst hieß es laut Frühstücksblatt, ich durfte Wurst auswählen. Dann hieß es aber, dafür müsste ich doch extra zahlen, an dem Tag sei die Wurst nicht inbegriffen. Im Frühstücksraum, beim Essen, hört man drei verschiedene Melodien gleichzeitig: die Musik von diesem Raum, die Musik der Rezeption und das Radio der Küche. Nach dem Frühstück durfte ich nicht länger am Tisch bleiben und arbeiten, weil das Personal für den Mittag schon decken wollte. Es regnete, so dass die Tische im Hoff nicht zur Verfügung standen. Ich musste also auf mein Zimmer ohne Blick (Höhle). Im Flur stand ständig neben meiner Zimmertür ein Reinigungswagen, ich musste an diesem immer wieder vorbei, beim Verlassen des Zimmers sowie beim Zurückkommen.
Das Hotel war zwar sauber aber unaufgeräumt, überall lagen Dinge herum, daher unesthetisch. Und in echt sah es nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos.

the staff speaks no English but we made do with the translation apps. cleaning was rather patchy. shower was tired. no privacy in the bathroom with the glass door not reaching the ceiling. no international tv channels. absolutely no storage.

Soundproofing is bad, you can hear the noise outside your bedroom. Not easy to location as it is hidden away from the main road.

Sewer smell from the shower facility in the mornings.
Toilet is separated from the shower which is fine but the toilet's glass door doesn't cover the frame - leading to unfortunate scent incidents.
TV only has 1 English channel, and it is a news channel.
Breakfast was not too special.
