Staff was very helpful but didn't have our updated reservation. I had originally booked for the following night but changed it through the online virtual chat. The hotel still had our booking for one night later. Fortunately, they found us a room! Wanted to be sure Expedia knows that there was a kink somewhere in the reservation change though.
