Je n'ai pas apprécié d'être prélevé à mon insu 2 jours à l'avance alors que jusqu'à présent je réglais directement à l'hôtel. De plus ma carte bancaire a été refusée et j'ai du utilisé celle de ma femme. Je suis extrêmement déçu car je suis certain d'avoir demandé de faire moi-même le paiement. La carte fournie n'est qu'une sécurité en cas de défaut, défaut qui ne s'est jamais produit.
