The most disgusting hotel.
Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience.

I booked and fully paid for a room at this hotel after calling in advance to confirm their pet policy. I was clearly told that dogs are allowed with a $100 refundable deposit.

I was traveling with a small child, and this trip was very important for us. However, upon arrival, we were denied check-in because the hotel suddenly required a specific “pet-friendly” room — something that was never mentioned before booking.

As a result, after a long trip with a young child, we were left without accommodation late in the day, which completely ruined our plans and caused significant stress.

The hotel canceled the reservation stating “NO PET ROOMS,” which clearly shows the issue was on their side. Despite the fact that I fully paid for the room, the service was never provided.

Even more disappointing, after multiple messages requesting a resolution and a refund, the hotel has not responded at all.

This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, especially if you are traveling with children or pets.

The beds were comfy.

Cons:

The ground floor area stinks of cigarette smoke and is very seedy. If you can pay more to stay elsewhere I'd recommend it.

Même si fumer était autorise , ça ne sent rien dans la chambre.

Cons:

On a pas pu accéder à la piscine et au jacuzzi car il était fermé ...
De plus elle est beaucoup beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos sur le site ....
