Le restaurant est très cher. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Le parking pas pratique du tout. Les chambres au 3ème étage sans ascenceur ni aide pour les bagages
Very very beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of Monteverde, on the side of a cloud forest hill. Pretty rooms, fantastic restaurant, views all the way to the Pacific Ocean, super friendly staff, local micro brewery, own private cloud forest reserve. Plus yoga classes and coffee tasting included in the price. Plus great breakfast.
Tour of their cloud forest reserve called Savia is a must. The tree top experience is something you will remember for the rest of your life.
It’s not cheap and prices are before local taxes and service charges.
Es un hotel muy tranquilo, en el cual se puede descansar y disfrutar la naturaleza, cuenta con unas postales espectaculares del bosque nuboso en Monteverde. Además, destaco el fantástico desayuno (nos sorprendió) sumado a la grata y preocupada atención de todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel.
Bonus: nos facilitaron una caja con juguetes para nuestra bebe se mantuviera entretenida.

A estadia foi simplesmente surpreendente. O hotel é lindo, muito confortável e conta com excelentes instalações. A vista para a reserva e para o Oceano Pacífico é deslumbrante e torna a experiência ainda mais especial.
O atendimento merece destaque: toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. Os passeios oferecidos foram muito agradáveis, bem organizados e conduzidos com profissionalismo, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos sempre bem acolhidos.

Hotel Belmar exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish.

The ground was very green with nice plants and flowers that attracted birds, butterflies and fun creatures.

Authentic design, beautiful location in Monteverde, and a very strong connection with nature and the surrounding environment.
No air conditioning!!! Meaning that during the day the rooms get very hot. There is also no proper thermal insulation and almost no sound insulation, so you can hear your neighbors very clearly — you can actually make out conversations from the next room.
The wooden structure itself carries a lot of noise, and when it’s windy the whole hotel moves, creaks, and makes sounds all night. Sleeping was very difficult because of the constant noise from the wind, the building itself, and outside sounds. At times it honestly felt like being inside a ghost house.

Os funcionarios, apesar de simpaticos, podiam ser mais profissionais. Exemplo: so a pedido, fomos apoiadas na retirada das bagagens do carro; e no check in deixaram as malas a porta para carregarmos para a viatura. Pequenos “nadas” que limitam a avaliação final.
