12 jours très agréable, je recommande ayant une trés grande expérience du Mexique depuis 30 ans

Une très belle hacienda pas trop grande et très tranquille en cette période

The hotel is nice. Lacks facility for the elderly. Needs a good update in the rooms.
Pros:

I had seen the pictures of the building of the hotel: 3 floors. The garden and pool looked nice, but we did not use it as it was far from our room. The food was mainly Mexican style.

Cons:

I had asked for a room on the first floor, as my husband carries oxygen and has mobility problems. At arrival, the building was up a 45 degrees ramp, with no elevator. I had to change the room to the bottom part of the hotel, paying the fee of a suite. Even so, the 50 steps up the ramp kept us from enjoying most of the facilities. We stayed in the room most of the time.

Has the potential to be great but is Ok at this point

Location and old “hacienda” style

Cons:

The bathrooms specially are outdated and they need to also update their space for the elderly. Finally, food was ok and even tho staff tried their best maybe they were understaffed cause every meal seemed chaotic, slow and not organised.

Seria el hotel prefecto pero.... la habitación que me toco las coladeras del baño no funcionaban y todo el cuarto olía a drenaje. Era un olor tan nauceabundo que aun a estos dias de recordarlo me dan ganas de vomitar

Decepcionante desde la llegada hasta la salida
Pros:

La alberca tenía calefacción y realmente se disfrutaba.

Los jardines son amplios y están muy bien mantenidos.

Cons:

Al llegar en auto a recepción no había nadie que ayudara con las maletas; tuve que bajarlas yo mismo. Al registrarme me informaron que debía volver a subirlas a la camioneta, salir del hotel y entrar por otra entrada donde están las habitaciones.

La habitación fue lo más decepcionante: no coincide en absoluto con las fotos de Booking. No tiene balcón ni ventilación adecuada. La única media ventana da directamente a la caseta de vigilancia y a la calle, así que es extremadamente ruidosa.

El aire acondicionado tiene un olor muy extraño, imposible de usar.

Los techos y los espejos son muy bajos, lo cual resulta incómodo.

Aunque el check-out es a la 1 pm, alrededor de las 11:30 una empleada de limpieza tocó y abrió la puerta de inmediato, sin esperar ni verificar si había alguien dentro.

El servicio en la zona de alberca es casi inexistente.

Las instalaciones de las habitaciones no son nada actuales, entiendo que es un hotel viejo pero hay que actualizar, mobiliario baño etc, los cojines de la cama no tenían buen aroma y me tocó que destaparon alguna coladera o algo así y el aroma en el lobby era desagradable y de comer en el restaurante ni hablar por el aroma, talvez solo me tocó mala suerte

Pros:

Muy mala experiencia. Los cuartos sucios y viejos. No es un hotel de cinco estrellas ni de cuatro. Apenas tres estrellas pero muy sucios cuartos, al punto que decidimos no dormir en el hotel y nos fuimos a buscar otro lugar.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Excelente para convivência, especialmente famílias com crianças.
Pros:

Área da piscina, com água aquecida, grande gramado e espreguiçadeiras, serviço de bar e restaurante com mesas e cadeiras. Junto à piscina também linda área de jardins e gramados, com brinquedos para crianças.
