Pros:

Struttura fantastica, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione varia con prevalenza del salato sul dolce. Piscina che affaccia sull'Eiger impagabile, stanza con vista Eiger silenziosissima e relax ai massimi livelli.

Cons:

Camere un poco vecchiotte. Prezzo del soggiorno troppo alto, ma siamo in Svizzera.

Good looking stylish place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rich breakfast.

Cons:

Not great from for tall people. I've hit the door frame into the bathroom three times before I got use to it 😂
The parking for car is few minutes walk away but you can load/unload next to the hotel therefore it is not a big issue.

Best value for money we found in Switzerland
Pros:

The location is amazing, both conveniently central within Grindelwald and within walking distance of the main station, but especially its location in relation to the surrounding mountains. From the infinity pool, you are looking directly at the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau range. The staff were also extremely helpful and kind. They organised a lift for us from the station to assist us with our luggage free of charge, and also arranged new room keys for us when another guest inadvertently took my wife's bathing gown with the room key still in the pocket. The food in the restaurant was delicious, very generous portions, excellent quality and very reasonable prices (by Swiss standards!!)

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about hotel Spinne.

滞在期間近隣の工事のため素晴らしい景観の妨げとなった。外出から帰宅後、部屋の電気が付かなくなっていた。

About hotel people, some people very good service but I felt some people were not honest.
Pros:

View and breakfast were very good.

Cons:

When I made reservations, Single room with balcony, high floor, with bathtub, but they assigned low floor without bathtub,
bathroom was so small, especially shower room was too small.
I told them, I made reservation high floor and with bathtub. Then they asked me, do you have any evidence something to written? I could not believe they asked me that. When I came back to home, I checked, my reservation was sure high floor with bathtub.

Great views
Pros:

7 min walk from the train station. The location and views were exceptional. The spa area was nice after long days hiking and breakfast was great. Our room was quite large as well.

Cons:

We were missing out on a keurig or coffee machine vs instant coffee in the rooms.

Great hotel. The staff and location were excellent.
Pros:

The room was very good. The view was amazing despite the construction crane and the breakfast was basic hotel morning buffet with suitable options.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning was a bit uncomfortable during nighttime. Being in the mountains, I hadn't expected it to be a requirement I guess that's the trade-off for spectacular weather.
