Pros:

Repeated visitor here. Location, food and friendly staff.

Cons:

Shame the indoor spa bath has been removed. Always enjoyed that. Everything else is perfect for us. Fixing or replacing the bath wasn’t done. Just removed.

Die Brause hatte nicht seh viel Kraft, weshalb wir eher im Wellness unten geduscht haben.

Gehobenes Hotel im Zentrum von Grindelwald mit tollem Spa (Intinity pool draussen) und gutem Essen.
Pros:

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Bushaltestelle zur Bergbahn vor dem Haus, das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache.
Ein Wäscheständer o.ä. im Zimmer wäre nützlich, da mit Skifahren und Spa viel zum Trocknen anfiel. Platz hätte es im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon genug gehabt.

Fabulous.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with views to die for. Lovely lobby with wood fire at night. Efficient staff. Good breakfast. Rooms compact with adequate with adjustable radiator. Spa is excellent with hot sauna then cold ice tunnel (you can wear a towel but no swimwear). Increasing rooms. Outside pool nice but can get crowded and sometimes with video influencers. Close to everything in town.

Cons:

Nothing much. Rooms can get warm but open the window turn down the radiator control.

Pros:

I liked the size of the room, food was outstanding and the spa center is beautiful.

Cons:

Only thing that I struggled with was pillows. They were very thin and I had a headache in the morning. This is very personal thing but for me the most important are bed and pillows.
