Spacious room and good facilities
Pros:

Spacious room, very clean and good facilities. Nice view across the river.

Cons:

It was quite noisy outside with some construction work being done during our stay. The lobby was a little bit of a mess.

Great hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location on the river, short walk to lots of eateries and bars. Room was overlooking the river and spotless.
Hired a motorbike for 3 days, in excellent condition. Visit Ban Gioc waterfall was amazing and riding through the passes and villages was very enjoyable.
Highly recommend Clover House Hotel.

Pros:

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße, wodurch man den Trubel nicht mitbekommt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ließ sich auch über Nacht leise schalten. Ansonsten war es sauber und das Hotel ist ein super Ausgangspunkt in die Berge, einfach über die Brücke und immer geradeaus.

This place was great. The staff are so helpful and nice, they helped with everything, from the motorbike rentals to the taxis to the amenities, they were great. When we arrived very early from the night bus, they let us check in early for no extra fee, and that was honestly great. The beds were comfy and clean, the area really nice and it was overall one of the best destinations/hotel from our trip.

Cons:

The curfew at 23:30 sometimes was a bit restrictive, but the owner would open when called so it's okay.
