Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre et confortable, l’ambiance calme, et le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Un merci tout particulier à Chung, qui a été d’une aide et d’une gentillesse inestimables lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui. L’hôtel semble très récent, tout est bien équipé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé, au bord du cours d’eau qui traverse la ville et dans une rue secondaire peu passante, ce qui le rend très calme. À deux pas de l’avenue principale avec tous les commerces, c’est parfait : on peut tout faire à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Very good room. Booked the family room because of the view. It also has a little balcony.
The room has a smart TV and 4 huge beds with curtains for privacy. There is a plug and light inside each cabin. The mattresses are really comfortable. It was the nicest bed I slept in during my one month travel in Vietnam. AC works perfectly.
Everything was clean and smelled fresh.

The hotel rents out motorbikes. I took a 125cc motorbike for my Cao Bang loop, and it did not disappoint! It managed easily to climb up steep hills and didn’t malfunction at all. They also give a rope to attach your luggage on the back of the motorbike, which worked perfectly too. I managed to take my small suitcase with me throughout the entire 3 day trip. The motorbikes also have phone holders, which is very convenient to navigate the route.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent with a lot of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.
