Comfortable but would have loved eggs to be included in breakfast :)
Pros:

Central, clean and nice staff. It was also a reasonable price for the location.

Cons:

No eggs included in breakfast and the window overlooked a wall - it also had no balcony. The rooftop pool was actually level with the Main Street, it’s just the rooms were from level 1 upwards. The pool was also quite small and looked much larger on the photos.

Location is good, but won’t stay again.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to Sorrento station and the high street where have many shops and restaurants and Marina Grande. Supermarket is also just in front of the hotel. View from the pool and the restaurant was very beautiful.

Cons:

Sound proofing was very poor. I could hear upstairs walking sound. Every morning, I woke up by the noise like moving heavy furniture upstairs. I could hear next doors conversation and toilet flush as well. Shower drain was very slow. If there is a kettle or coffee machine in the room, that would have been better. The breakfast was okay but better with more fruit and fresh vegetables. We stayed for 5 nights but my husband’s swimming towel was never replaced for whole stay. There was only one complemental water bottle between two guests on the first day. Water was never topped-up.

Great accomodation close to everything
Pros:

This property seemed like it should be more than a 3 star. The included breakfast was great and the waiter that greeted us every morning was lovely. Nino’s restaurant for dinner was also amazing.

Cons:

We liked pretty much everything, close walking distance to everything including marina piccola.

Sabah kahvaltisinda cay ictik sonra saat 10.02 capuccino isteyince kapandi dendi ve siz kahvalti yaptiniz söylediler. Cok hos olmadi 2dk hesabini yapmak. Onun disinda kahvalti cok güzeldi.

It was very enjoyable except for noise due to poor soundproofing
Pros:

Continental breakfast acceptable, room was absolutely fine and location also acceptable. Main criticism was extremely poor soundproofing. See comments below.

Cons:

Worst aspect of the hotel was the distinct lack of soundproofing. Could hear conversations and plumbing from neighbouring rooms. Excessive noise outside bedroom window from cars, deliveries , bin lorries etc.

A beautiful, romantic hotel in the heart of Sorrento.
Pros:

we loved everything about the hotel, the location, the pool, the terrace, the bar, food, staff, room and the view was fabulous. We are both 66 and have both been given a 2nd chance at living" happily ever after ". We are engaged and when we get married in a year or two we intend to spend our Honeymoon in Sorrento at the Hotel Rivage as it is a very romantic hotel.

Enjoyed Sorrento, very very busy!

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Great view over the bay.
Morning staff in breakfast area were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Precio miy elevado por lo que ofrecen. Habitaciones muy antiguas , necesita tenovacion . Desayuno escaso . Zumos artificiales, si queres tortilla cobran extra y con el precio que se paga lo encuentro fuera de lugar .
