We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 PM and were informed that the pool would close at 6:00 PM. We thought this meant that the music would also stop, but unfortunately that was not the case.

Every night from around 10:00 PM until midnight, extremely loud techno music was played. The noise was unbearable. You could literally feel the bass vibrations in your bed, and it was impossible to have a conversation because of the volume.

This hotel seems to cater mainly to Turkish-speaking guests and young people looking for a party atmosphere. It is absolutely not suitable for Western international travelers seeking a relaxing stay.

Breakfast was included, but when a waiter came to our table at 10:02 AM, he told us that breakfast service had already ended. There appeared to be misunderstandings and poor communication throughout our stay.

Overall, this was a terrible hotel experience with a clear lack of professionalism and competence from the staff. It completely ruined our stay in Razgrad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, or good customer service.

部屋ないと言われた。　
部屋がなないの、一点張りで、
代わりのホテルを用意してもらうのための、交渉すらはじまらない。
時間をかけて代わりのホテルの用意をてもらったが、値段が少し上がった。
ほんらいなら、同等以上のホテルを同料金で確保してもらうはずだけと、
夜遅かったのでそれでokにした。
土曜の夜、バカンシーズンは、絶対に予約してはだめ。
