Schön und Wiederholungsbedürftig
Pros:

alle waren sehr sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung ist gut und die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern, komme definitiv wieder!

Cons:

das Essen ist zwar sehr gut, jedoch für den Ort eher etwas teuer, man darf auch kein eigenes Essen haben was eher schwierig sein kann

I really loved this hotel, especially because of the incredible welcome we received. The staff is extremely kind, always smiling and attentive, which makes you feel right at home. I felt like I was part of a second family, it was such a great experience. We had a lot of fun throughout our stay. In addition, the hotel offers interesting excursions and, every day, there are activities organized. It’s impossible to get bored, there’s always something to do,it’s truly amazing. 🤍 the food is amazing 🤩🤩🤩

Disappointing.
Pros:

Staff were polite.

Cons:

To be honest, the hotel looked much better in the photos than it did in reality. We booked two rooms for our stay.

Upon entering our room, we immediately noticed an unpleasant odor. On our second day, the sink faucet started leaking and eventually became unusable. The AC was also leaking. Before our group went out that day, we reported these issues to the front desk and requested that the trash be collected. The staff informed us that they would look into the concerns; however, when we returned, nothing appeared to have been addressed. The sink was still unusable, the AC continued to leak, and the trash remained uncollected. We also did not receive any update. We had no choice but to use the shower to wash our faces and brush our teeth, which was highly inconvenient.

In the second room, we encountered another serious issue. On our last day, we discovered a dead rat just outside the room, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint.

Overall, the facilities were not properly maintained, and our stay was disappointing due to poor upkeep, lack of maintenance, insufficient response to reported concerns, and cleanliness issues.

Incrível
Pros:

Excelente localização, atividades para integração dos hóspedes, restaurante maravilhoso e piscina muito boa. Muito bom para fazer amigos.

Cons:

Todos os dias até meia noite tem bastante barulho, música extremamente alta. Quem não está na vibe, não deve ficar lá.
