Трудно бих определил.
В близост заведения от които се чува шум от сутрин, тракат чинии до късно вечер, музика. Малка тераса на която много трудно се събират 4 ма за вечеря на въздух. Липса на елементарни неща, в летен апартамент, сешоар, отцедник където да си сложиш измитата чаша, ..... Паркираш на обособен обществен паркинг на около 2 км от хотела. Не, че ще ти паднат краката, но с торбата за плажа си е кофти изживяване в жегата стигането до колата.
Great location very close to a nice beach, calm area, amazing terrace and view! Plenty of restaurants and mini markets nearby, very friendly staff.
No lift but the floors weren’t that high.
The hotel is located on the first line, go down the stairs opposite and you are on the beach. The terraces overlook the sea but also the restaurants on the road in front of the hotel, there are space for exactly 2 chairs, a small table and a small dryer mat (keep in mind that on the terraces at 101, 201, etc. the water from the air conditioner that remains on the terrace is at the feet of the one person, if two want to sit outside - rooms 201, 202, etc. are better equipped in this regard). The room is quite spacious and comfortable for a 3-star hotel, it would be even more convenient if there was a table or a desk and one or two chairs so that you could comfortably open your laptop or have a coffee and some breakfast (hotel do not offer a breakfast), and also leave your clothes, as the wardrobe is quite small, and yet there is space in the room for these kinds of amenities. The bed is not one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on, but I've seen much more uncomfortable ones in 4-star hotels, so it's acceptable. The bathroom is also quite spacious, it would be more comfortable with a few shelves and hangers to have a place to put your bathroom products, and mine are quite a lot and I'll just crowded the small sink with them :). The best thing was the provided parking almost in front of the hotel, otherwise, believe me, it is not at all convenient to stay on the particular street. Also the extremely kind lady at the reception, who is ready to help immediately with whatever is needed, and the staff who try very hard to clean, our room was well maintained every day. Would like to visit again the hotel, but not in the rooms 101 or 201.
We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the smell in the bathroom in the evening, where all the unpleasant fumes from the kitchen of the restaurant below come in, as well as the heat. You feel like you're working in the kitchen downstairs, one walk in and everything you're wearing smells like old oil. The staff tried to save the situation with air freshener which helped a little, but the cockroaches remained, although as they said they spray regularly. I think in rooms 102, 202, etc. it's probably better in that regard. I would visit the hotel again, but on the condition of a room on the second floor, preferably 202 for example.

There was a restaurant under the hotel and in the evening, when cooking started, we could smell everything from the kitchen in the bathroom.
Deformed and very uncomfortable mattresses. We asked for an exchange but only received an additional top thin mattress. Helped a bit but did not save our backs.
