Camera molto silenziosa e con climatizzazione ottima.
Dotazione della cucina completa e nuova.
Molto gradita la disponibilità di capsule per caffè e bustine per il tè.
Apprezzata molto la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo i ceck in/out
Posizione buona soprattutto per i Musei

Le confort et l'emplacement.

Cons:

L'ameublement est beau mais les poignets pour ouvrir mes meubles ne sont pas adaptées (il faut deux mains pour ouvrir le frigo!). La lumière de la cuisine associée au ventilateur n'est pas très heureuse. Le four micro onde est beau mais compliqué à utiliser. La télévision a un fonctionnement bizarre car au bout de 5 mn il est très difficile d'agir avec la télécommande malgré le changement de piles.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per esplorare il centro di Madrid a piedi. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Gli spazi sono organizzati in modo intelligente ed era dotato di tutti gli accessori.

Un gran peccato...
Pros:

La struttura è veramente buona e la camera meravigliosa.

Cons:

Non posso dire la stessa cosa sul personale, imbarazzante. Abbiamo avuto tutti i giorni problemi con la doccia (non c'era acqua calda per un problema impiantistico). Al secondo giorno ho deciso di farlo presente e mi è stato detto che sarei stato contattato dal manager per risolvere la questione e ricevere un indennizzo. Non si è fatto sentire nessuno e ci sono stati problemi anche gli altri giorni, dunque non siamo mai riusciti a fare una doccia normale. UNA MANCANZA DI RISPETTO ASSOLUTA, PECCATO.

Comodo per mangiare perché dotato di tutto
Posizione perfetta
Nonostante la strada trafficata i doppi vetri hanno permesso riposo notturno perfetto

Anche il personale all’accoglienza merita una menzione per gentilezza e professionalità

Se devo trovare un difetto : il numero per accedere a struttura e appartamento lo trovo un po’ macchinoso ma è proprio per scrivere qualcosa

Pros:

Molt recomanable, net, còmode, modern, ben equipat, la mida de l’habitació doble ideal. Valoro molt la facilitat en l’entrada i sortida, no hi ha laverints en l’accés, tot molt intuitiu.

Pros:

The room was neat and clean. The windows were not secured and you can freely enjoy Madrid air. The room had a small fridge, a combi microwave oven, a hob, a toaster, a coffee machine for small capsules. A bottle of water was a pleasant surprise. A web application makes you more confident in check-in process and no key is required. A big TV helps you relax.
