Everything was good

Bathroom had not been cleaned. Cockroaches in room and hallway.

I made a mistake in booking for a 3 beds-room when I am alone and needed only 1 bed. When I requested for the change of my room, it took 2 days before my request was granted.

Kitchen staff could have been more sensitive in asking questions. Instead of asking “do you have a seniors’ card?” , it could have been “do you wish to avail of any possible discounts?”. Or not ask the question at all.

The light on the landing disturbed our sleep.
Hot water is very difficult to work out
Rooms need refurbishment
10% service charge on our dinner bill which is not made clear

What I don't like is that they're lack of coordination and there's some lapses especially to the restaurant and to the concierge. They've overcharge us for our buffet which requires an additional payment of ₱245 and we're only 4 pax but my father in law paid for ₱1,122 (fyi they're 2 seniors) however upon checking out we paid again for another ₱490 because it reflects on there slip that we still haven't paid yet well in fact at the restaurant we personally approached the staff that we're now going to pay and asked if the charging is already for 4 of us then he replied "YES", but hoping that this won't happen again in the future.

They overlooked my reservation. When I was almost at the hotel, they called to tell me that no room was available and that they had overlooked my booking. Their negligence is what I want to complain about. They didn’t even try to find another hotel to accommodate me.
