Pros:

The location is good, just 10mins. walk to the Panfilov park and ascension cathedral. There are nearby cafes and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Im not sure if its just us, but the water heater is difficult to control. The temperature is unstable and changes from time to time.

Месторасположение. Парковка для автомобиля. Относительно недорого.

Cons:

Не смог ничего выбрать на завтрак. Все выглядело максимально несъедобно. Под номером 19, с вытяжки то ли кафе, то ли ресторана запах шёл в номер. Душ поймать тёплую воду невозможно. После 1 ночи, под окнами толпа людей в кафе не давала спать.

Cons:

Сильнопахнущий ополаскиватель или порошок. Если бы был ненавязчивый запах, было бы хорошо. Но запах был очень сильным. В ванной раковина была с трещиной, но склеена. Это оставило неприятное впечатление. И самое неприятное: в кровати есть постельные клопы или другая живность. Было ощущение укусов, думала кажется, но нет. Пришлось выехать в ночь из номера, из отеля. После , на теле были укусы. Очень не рекомендую данное место. Хорошие оценки в букинге, но на самом деле отель плохого качества, кроме расположение ничего не порадовало.

A good value for money and Great place to stay accesable to most of tourist destination.
Pros:

Location is excellent close to tourist attraction within Almaty such as Cathedral, The Green Brazar and Panvilov Plaza. Breakfast has a lot of varities and the Restaurant is clean and cozy. Recommend to stay at Room 29 with a balcony a city view.

Cons:

Room for improvement to provide more hanger and during winter holder for thermal jackets.
A full body mirror to consider to add.
Breakfast a lot of varieties however recommend to put each dish a food tong to prevent cross contamination. Also to place a Food Tag to easy identify the food since you have international Guest. Also to provide additional bin on bedroom.
