Great Value and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is within comfortable walking distance of Parma's historic centre and well connected to the main roads, making it an excellent choice whether you're visiting the city or just passing through.

Although it is best suited for a one- or two-night stay, the hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable visit. My room was spacious enough, very clean, and well maintained. The bathroom was also nicer than I expected, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

What impressed me most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone I met was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

The hotel is functional, well organised, and offers very good value for money. If I return to Parma for another short visit, I would be happy to stay here again.

Nel complesso, io mi sono trovata bene e ci tornerei.
Pros:

Punto assolutamente comodo per muoversi a Parma…ovviamente, essendo a neppure dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, soprattutto quando ci si muove durante le ore serali bisogna guardarsi intorno.
Personale in reception accogliente e ben funzionante la modalità di rientro in albergo in loro assenza.
Colazione top: c’è davvero di tutto, con menzione speciale per i dolci di produzione propria.

Cons:

Ho preso la singola cui si arrivava senza ascensore (poco male perché viaggiavo leggera): la stanza era piccola ma dotata di tutto ciò che può esser utile al soggiorno, uniche pecche il condizionatore davvero tanto rumoroso (ma accenderlo era il solo modo per sopravvivere all’afa locale) e la condensa in bagno (complice il fatto che fosse cieco).
