An exceptional stay with incredibly helpful staff and a perfect location for exploring the city
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. The staff truly made the experience special—they were incredibly kind, always willing to help, and went out of their way to accommodate anything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance, which made it so easy to explore and enjoy all the sights without worrying about transportation.
Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There was no lift since it is a building in the center of the city of the buildings have a certain architecture. That was not good for my knees, but has nothing to do with the hotel.

Cons:

Avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria, soprattutto il bagno.
Purtroppo c’era puzza di fogna e si sentiva anche dalla stanza.
