Ottima la posizione. Buona la colazione. Disponibilità a tenere i bagagli dopo il check out.

Cons:

TV non funzionante. Rotolo di carta igienica già usato. Bagno doccia scarso. Odori che la mattina arrivavano dalla cucina al 3° piano tramite l'aereazione.

Location was OK. Breakfast lady was very nice. . That's all.

Everything else! Room was tiny, with a ridiculously small bathroom. It was up some stairs, then down some stairs, so awkward to carry luggage to. It stank of heavy chemical air freshener room spray that was overpowering and affected our sinuses. We asked the receptionist to see if there was something pumping out the smell in the room. She came up and shrugged and said no, and there was nothing she could do, and possibly it was scented bleach floor cleaner. We had to sleep with both windows fully open all night to be able to breathe. The smell was still there in the morning and we both felt unwell because of it. We got out of there as quickly as possible. Awful. Breakfast OK. Scrambled eggs were cold, but cornetti OK, and hot water for tea supplied.

Nel complesso bene, posizione comoda, buona colazione, personale gentile.
Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino sia alla stazione ferroviaria che al centro città.
Buona la colazione.
Gentile il personale alla reception.
In camera era presente il minibar anche se non indicato sul sito e in effetti ormai è un servizio essenziale.

Cons:

Se non rientri entro le 22 l'entrata dell'hotel con la reception è chiusa e devi entrare da un'altra porta tramite una app sul cellulare.
Le 22 come orario sono troppo presto, specialmente in estate e considerato che uscendo anche solo per cena non si riesce a rientrare entro quell`orario. Sarebbe meglio prolungare di due o almeno un'ora l'orario del personale e fornire il servizio reception almeno fino alle 23.
In camera sarebbe utile almeno un bollitore: ormai si trovano frequentemente anche le macchine espresso!

Hôtel sympa à proximité de tout et bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Dans cet hôtel, j’ai apprécié l’accueil très sympathique, l’emplacement à quelques pas du cœur de ville et de la gare, le petit déjeuner assez diversifié. La chambre 28 est petite mais très confortable. Elle donne sur la rue donc il peut y avoir du bruit mais vous êtes en ville 😜.
