Bien pour un passage à Parme
Pros:

Accueil sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages si la chambre n’est pas prête.
Système d’ouverture de nuit innovant avec un app : pas besoin de code lorsque le personnel n’est pas à l’accueil.
Petit dej varié.
Proche de la gare, et aussi du centre.

Cons:

Clim très bruyante et peu efficace. On a jamais trouvé comment avoir du frais sans une soufflerie dans la chambre.
Équipement vieillot notamment dans la salle de bain.

Étape très pratique,petit déjeuner remarquable.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hotel est remarquable,à quelque pas du centre historique, idéal pour une étape touristique. Le petit déjeuner est fourni et excellent. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

Peu de choses : une chambre un peu étroite, et les bruits extérieurs légèrement dérangeants.

Great location, friendly personnel.
The breakfast was OK and the coffee quite good.

Cons:

The cleanliness was far from perfect (although to be fair - themed and linens were fresh) and the property definitely needs some renovation.
The bathroom was in particularly bad shape-the bathroom cabinet was literally falling apart with a broken-off door.

However, the most overwhelming issue was an incredibly intense, almost nauseating smell of room air freshener. I noticed an ashtray left on the windowsill (which made me wonder if smoking is allowed in the room) and a display of room perfumes at the reception, which might explain the heavy scent.

Another major problem was the extremely loud air conditioning, which desperately needs to be repaired. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a loud, disorienting sound of the fan blade hitting the casing, and it took us quite a while to figure out how to make it stop. Overall, a rather disappointing experience.

Perfecto!
Pros:

Me gusto todo! El desayuno era super rico! Se notaba que era casero, de hecho me despertó el olor a queque recién salido del horno. El personal increíble. La pieza súper bien.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de Parme. Le petit déjeuner est correct. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

La salle de bains de notre chambre (no21) était extrêmement humide avec une très forte odeur désagréable qui se sentait depuis la chambre.

Il faisait très chaud ce jour là et la chambre était très chaude. La climatisation étant très bruyante, il a donc fallu choisir entre le bruit et la chaleur pendant la nuit.
