Disappointing
Pros:

Location is Ok, but at the moment roadworks are done there so everything is in ruins and it is very noisy

Cons:

Outdated furniture, dirty bathroom, old and dirty rooms, during our stay they didn’t clean our room. Breakfast is very poor, everything is cheap and prepared a few hours ago, or from the previous day in my opinion. Outside the hotel during the night gipsies and junkies are gathering and asking for money, following you.

Pros:

Staff is very nice and friendly, parking available, central location, hotel is clean.

Cons:

You can see that maintenance is neglected, the bathroom door would not close, air vent was barely working, stayed there before and always notice some things are broken or about to break.

Don't waste your money
Pros:

One lady on reception was really helpful. The rest were rude.

Cons:

Couldn't make a bed to save their life, was awful. change towels every 3 days they said despite the floor flooding in the bathroom and needing to dry it to prevent an accident! The bar closed at 730pm, so no drinks, no kettle facilities, lights in room were flickering constantly. Shower head blew off, documents stated replacement would be 100 levs, so went out and bought them a new one to replace for fear of them blaming us. Water was off during the day. No spa facilities. Complete lies. They also have a nightclub on the 1st floor on Friday night and it vibrated and boomed through the night till about 3am. Wouldn't mind but it wasn't a cheap stay! Won't ever stay again.
