Pros:

Stanza pulita e sistemata, con vista mare e comoda per la posizione, in quanto la struttura è vicina sia alla spiaggia del sorgeto che al centro di Panza. Possibilità di tenere i mezzi in un parcheggio privato.

Cons:

Mancavano alcuni servizi tra cui l'asciugacapelli in camera,
Il letto matrimoniale era composto in realtà da due letti singoli uniti che nel corso della notte si sono progressivamente separati creando una piccola insenatura un po' fastidiosa. Colazione un po' scarsa ma essendo ad aprile e tra i pochi ospiti della struttura ce lo aspettavamo.

We got room with see view, even we did not pay for it.

Close to thermal springs and bus plus city centre.
Lady gave us extra blanket after asking (cold nights).

Cons:

They speak italian only, gave us a different room that had a view towards a city not the sea. But the main problem was the cold temperature of the room. In the description was air condition but actually you get the controller only after paying extra money.
The bathroom wasnt in a good condition - sand on the ground and malfunction in the shower. But luckily we had warm water.

It might be appropriate for the price but we ordered a diferrent room :/

Très belle vue! Attention en octobre l’hôtel est vide, il se résume à des chambres, pas de service de petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Facile d’accès avec le bus, bons restaurants à 5 min à pieds. La vue sur la mer est splendide.

Cons:

Hôtel vide, pas de personnel sur place, les sols étaient sales dans les 2 chambres et l’escalier communal si que les tables dehors. Le lit à ressorts de la chambre des enfants est à changer, le nôtre était confortable.
