Staff were very welcoming & friendly
Nothing I think of
The one positive was that the hotel allowed us to check in at 1:00 p.m. instead of the normal 3:00 p.m. check-in time, which we greatly appreciated after a long journey from New York.
Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I booked a Superior Double/Single Room through Booking.com for two adults, specifically listed as having one full/double bed and one twin/single bed. When my sister and I arrived at our room, the twin bed was simply not there.
I immediately returned to reception, assuming there had been a mistake. I was told the hotel was full and that because I had booked through a third-party site, the room configuration I selected was not a guarantee but merely a “suggestion.” I found this response extremely frustrating. I did not make a special request for two beds—I specifically booked and paid for a room type that was advertised as having two beds.
I asked whether a cot, rollaway, or any type of extra bed could be provided. I was told no, because then “someone else wouldn’t have a bed.” As a result, my sister and I had no choice but to share one full-size bed for three nights, despite having booked accommodations with separate beds.
The room also appeared to have been prepared for only one guest. There was only one set of towels, so we had to request additional towels. In addition, a used room-service/food tray was left in the hallway outside our room for approximately two days, which did not give a good impression of the hotel’s attention to cleanliness or housekeeping.

Nothing. They are the worst staff I’ve ever come across
Staff were great, big room, lots of choice of food, although right next to a motorway never really heard the traffic

Ideal location. Spacious sized room with a large comfortable bed. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Overall a great space

I liked the chicken and chips, and the rooms were comfortable and the staff were really nice to us and cleaned the room up extremely well
The rooms were nice up untill the sofa bed it was extremely uncomfortable the metal was poking in my back/side and maybe the pool times should change for the under16 to later but it was all okay because the chicken and chips were lovely but the breakfast wasnt all that good I found the dinner way better even though I had it once you should tell more people to get the chicken and chips for dinner but the lighting in the room was extremely poor only small lights not any big lights
