I liked the location with the services around it and I enjoyed having a pool
its not like or dislike. the hotel decor is insipid
on the night, no heating
The room was comfortable.
Staff were very pleasant.
The cooked breakfast was not hot enough.
I asked for a poached egg. It was given to me floating on water on a side plate - also overcooked and looking unappetising.
The fruit( although very good) was in bowls too far away without over stretching to reach it.ĺ

Staff were really lovely, from the girl at reception to bar/restaurant. Rooms were spacious and clean (albeit a little on the warmer side) and had what you would need. Pool was nice. Dinner was good with nice options. Breakfast was great. Handy having other amenities like food court and shop/garage beside it. Plenty of free parking. Overall a nice stay.
Sadly, we didn't enjoy the atmosphere in the bar/restaurant... it didn't feel like somewhere you could really relax or comfortably enjoy a few drinks as it is mainly all upright dinner chairs & tables. (Its used as bar/ restaurant & breakfast area all in one) Nothing against it. It serves it's purpose. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, but we just prefer something with more coziness and atmosphere/music, but thats on us. We should have checked this before booking. We ended up going back to our room early rather than spending time down there. Just something to consider if you are staying here.
Would be perfect for business or a stop over but not a destination hotel. But overall a nice stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable
Advertised food till half 3 on website and on side of building food all day went to get dinner at 2.40 and couldn't get any food for me or my daughter until 5.30, after a long day out last thing I wanted to was get back into the car to look for food.
Reception was always full of staff chatting socially and not helpful when you needed something
