Best hotel in Trivandrum..
Pros:

From check-in to check-out every was perfect.
Close to airport, shopping, restaurant and transport easily available.
Rooms and toilets were clean and well maintained.
Staff were really supportive/attentive.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I stayed in Gokulam Grand for a few days and everything was perfect. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

Brilliantly relaxing stay.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast ha da wide range of things on offer and it was always fresh. There was a good selection of things on the menu each night also. Excellent spa service, me and my wife really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Shower door could be more sealed, water leak through each time we used.

It was ok ok
Pros:

Cons:

No Ala carte service at restaurant. It really troubled us. Also, we are told that the hotel staff is too busy and even if we order food to the room, it will take more than an hour. We had no option but to order in Swiggy . For the cost we paid for one night, we should have got better food services. The buffet was anyway exorbitantly priced
