High class but no human soul

The hotel is modern, high quality equipment, spotless clean

Cons:

The staff is.... weird. They are definitely trainer, but this is this kind of training that makes you follow procedures instead of understanding them, empathise with the customer and prioritise them.
The room don't have AC but central ventilation system, so if you like cold wind in the night, or hope to cool down the room quickly- then it will be a no.

A shame it was only 1 night!

Staff were welcoming & couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were large & comfortable

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we arrived late and were given a smoking room without being informed. The cigarette smell was very strong, and I am allergic, so I felt uncomfortable throughout the stay.

The staff only explained at checkout that no other rooms were available on the first night. While understandable, they should have informed us in advance and arranged a room change for the second night.

Overall, the lack of communication and handling was disappointing.

Excellent everything. Rooms, food and the staff were all amazing. I rarely write reviews but this place is worth writing

Rooms excellent. Food awesome. Staff very attentive, polite, professional and ask for front office manager Sidharth S - he went out of his way to assist me - amazing man. Namaste!

Cons:

I think they should paint the outside of the building bec it’s a bit old and dull which doesn’t represent how excellent it is inside.

The rooms were clean

Cons:

Our bathroom drainage was constantly smelling. The maintanance tried to fix it but it didn''t work. Our room fridge was not working and had to be replaced. I was very unhappy with this because i had my parents medication and some coconut water that needed to be refrigerated. they were on treatment at KIMS. The service staff were very slow in the dining area, we had to wait 45 mins for a coffee. i can go on!

A decent and interesting experience!
Pros:

The hotel's design is outstanding! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom design was beautiful and convenient. The room service was excellent and imaginative! There were also some nice facilities, including a café and a restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant menu offered a wide variety of intriguing options, and the food was delicious. The swimming pool was nice, too. The hotel was close to the Lu Lu shopping mall. We also visited the Napier Museum and Kovalam Beach, both of which were accessible by tuk-tuk. You could swim at Kovalam Beach and there was a beautiful Shiva temple nearby.

Cons:

We did not like the construction of the windows in the room, because you cannot open them (not even a small ventilator window), so you have to use the air conditioning all the time. So we felt bottled up. It's acceptable for one to four days, but it's hard to bear for longer.
