Hotel Close to Most Everything
Pros:

For the price it was pretty okay. The hotel had received no information from Hotels.com about our reservation so we really lucked out that they actually had rooms for us. The bathrooms and rooms weren't well cleaned, and some of the rooms didn't lock. There were no extra keys. Hotels.com said that breakfast was included but the hotel had none. Also, they made us pay in cash!!—They acted a bit weird about giving us a receipt for it too. However, it's right next to the discoteca area of town, and very close to a lot of tourist shops which was great! Checkout was really easy and for a group of friends sharing rooms, it was a good deal.

Pros:

Hotel très bien placé pas loin du tout des rues animées de Banos. Très propre. Personnel très sympathique et aidant. Seul bémol, en weekend il y a un café bruyant tardivement pour les chambres donnant sur la rue.

Pros:

A mi esposa y a mi nos gusto la amabilidad y la cortesía del personal. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia. Se esmeraron en ayudarnos en todo aspecto para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bienvenidos. El servicio fue excelente. Si estamos en Baños la próxima vez, pensamos hospedarnos nuevamente.
