Great location at a reasonable price with lovely staff
Pros:

Very well located and really excellent friendly staff that pleasantly surprised me. The parking was a huge advantage and reasonably priced. The reception was very helpful throughout.

Cons:

The single room I chose was a little smaller than I had envisaged. The breakfast is a little basic.

Pros:

Very nice location, very convenient to Paddington and selection of Underground lines, very quiet with dining etc choices, If coming in via Heathrow to Paddington nice cost effective choice.

Cons:

Minor specific point: as I was on business trip, WiFi bandwidth and speed could have been somewhat better but at same time it was consistent.

J'ai trouvé une énorme punaise de lit sur une des couvertures...je ne sais pas quoi dire car je ne m'y attendais pas...
Le bruit de la buanderie/ laverie en pleine nuit...notre chambre numéro 2 se trouvait au dessus de la dinning room...
Lorsqu'on en a parlé au personnel au moment du check out, ils n'avaient pas l'air plus étonné que ça...c'est comme s'ils le savaient déjà...dans ce cas prenez des mesures adéquates !
Nous avons malheureusement passé un très mauvais moment...

We were looking for a hotel near Paddington after flying into London and this was perfect!
Pros:

Hadi, Mario and Annie were awesome hosts - very friendly and helpful on our first night in London. We also stayed there again before our return journey to Canada

East walking distance from Paddington station and good places to eat nearby - highly recommended!
