Pros:

駅近がポイント大。スーパーやショッピングモールもあり、とても便利でした。
ベッドも寝やすくてダブルのお部屋1人利用でしたが使いやすかったです。
廊下からの人の声がかなり聞こえるなと感じましたが、困るほどではありませんでした。
また機会があれば使いたいと思います。

禁煙ルームだったが部屋がとてもタバコくさい。
水回りも綺麗ではない。
下水の匂いが排水管から匂ってきて栓をしていたが、それでも匂って臭かった。
ただし安い。
